The location was good but we didn't eat there
No hot tub
Wonderful decor in the lobby.
Inconsistent room refresh. Card on the bedside table said there was a daily room refresh. Our room was refreshed 2/5 days. Coffee in room not replaced. We had to ask for towels. The front desk staff had a difficult time with our bill. We have multiple charges on our card that are incorrect.
Clean
Pool was filthy and I thought it was continental breakfast. We were charge $18 for a bagel and a banana. I’m pissed about that and won’t be back
Breakfast was good, Christina in the bar makes an amazing Long Island ice tea. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Patricia in housekeeping is delightful!
Pool area was dirty, furniture on the pool deck is outdated
1.Location to the highway and restaurants.
2. We had a very sudden loss of a friend of 50 years while we were at dinner with family and got the news very late in the evening, the staff allowed us to have a late checkout to make calls and assist with notifying other families and friends without trying to do this in a public area or while driving.
1.The carpet on the main floor is very lumpy and loose everywhere.
2. Rooms on the left front side of the second floor require you to walk all the way around from the only elevator on the opposite end to get your luggage as the second floor has stairs on the front side of the building going down to the lobby
Not the gunshots we heard as we were trying to go to sleep
The gunshots
Hotel allowed numerous kids to play kickball and football on the first floor lobby of the atrium style hotel where all the guests doors face the inside of hotel and can hear all the screaming. We call to complain about the screaming of kids that could be heard up on the 5th floor and the front desks response was, "don't worry they'll get tired soon and go to bed!" Unbelievable that the hotel allowed this to occur within 50 feet of the front desk and we had to endure this for two nights in a row as late as 11:30pm when our kids had to get up the next day for a sporting event at 6:00am.
In addition to this we had an AC unit that was extremely loud and the maintenance told us that the motor needed to be replaced and there were no other rooms available. The TV in the main sitting area would not keep a signal even after maintenance reset it. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I called the manager Manish twice and never received a call back about our stay.
Needed a break on a long trip, and this was just the right place at the right time. Loved the big open "atrium" type feeling as you walked in. Hotel is just off the road enough to not have a lot of road noise.
The hotel is either a) older and needs updating or b) newer and has been worn out heavily in its lifespan. Carpets are heavily worn, and the paint in the room was really in need of updating. The bed was VERY comfortable.
Breakfast in the morning was average.... nothing special. If it's included in your package great, go for it.... but IMO, don't pay extra for it.
Overall, was a good stay, with a good night of sleep, but the establishment needs updating and renovation.
Made this booking because of the pool and jacuzzi pictured the pool area looed nothing like the pictures no jacuzzi and when I asked for my money back I got the run around and was lied to this is awful and totally fraudulent .
false advertising I came to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi not as pictured at all looked like a crime scene. The couch had slashes in as if a fight happened
everything was nice meat and clean
everything was wonderful
Posting hours of when the restaurant is open would be helpful.
Would be nice to have device ports in room. But that was minor
Stopped here for the night on our way to Anna Maria Island. Amazing rooms, rates, breakfasts, staff! So glad we stayed here.
The bed
The workers and you guys being sneaky and charging an extra $50 for God knows what.
Friendly staff. Very nice lobby & bar area for a get together. Room very comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend.
