The employee was very nice
Room was good size and clean. Location was excellent for my purpose.
A Chair in the lobby had a torn seat cover exposing the entire length of the side of the cushion. Not only tacky, but shows lack of detail by manager.
The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and shower hot
Routed thru Booking.com; not motel. Asked for early arrival time for 2 rooms. One was not ready until 4:30. Asked for 2 suites $550 total and they were not suites. No breakfast included. Windows and pool filthy. Would never recommend!
Had to wait for a room to be cleaned & available after a conference was held there. Restaurant & bar were closed in Sunday. Poor location for other eating options.
The restaurant was out of food Friday night
No handicap parking close to entrance. No luggage carts available. No hot water in shower.. Hotel needs to be dozed. Desk clerk unfriendly. $50 deposit at checkin. Don’t go there.
I travel to Ocala twice a year for an event I attend.. I always stay at this hotel.
The staff is amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. They have been very welcoming.
Check in and out is very quick..
I wish your bath tub was a bit larger,…I’m very tall
Very nice hotel love the style of the hotel everyone was very nice and attentive very good location
I had surgery a month ago I needed more pillows I didn’t sleep well oh and the water didn’t get really hot it was warm
Location right off of I-75 was very convenient. The room configuration (suite) was very good.
The facility needs a complete facelift, it is old and dated. The furniture was badly chipped and and looked like it belonged at a flea market. The sofa bed was obviously torn and needed to be replaced. The kitchen had no cup, forks, small plates. Your competitors all supply these small items. Unfortunately, after complaining we were shown other rooms that were as bad. I was embarrassed in bringing my wife there.
I please to inform we spent good time in your Hotel. Congrats!
The staff was very accomadatin
The pool was ICE COLD and dirty and I was in a wheelchair and was not able to get through door out to the pool I had to stand and push chair and hold door at the same time just to find out the pool was bad and wasps flying around
