Stay at the hotel was unfortunately not very comfortable.
Pros:

The only positive aspect of the stay was the food, which was genuinely good and enjoyable. However, the other issues significantly impacted the comfort of the stay.

Cons:

The room had a noticeable bad odor, which made it unpleasant to spend time inside so requested for the change of the room. There was also a persistent siren-like noise that disturbed the overall experience and made it difficult. Additionally, the shower was not working properly, which was quite inconvenient. The TV also lacked multiple language options, which was disappointing.

It was alright
Pros:

Location and breakfast was good

Cons:

Bathroom was outdated, it was not cleaned properly, musty smell. staff not trained enough there was in staff fighting in front of guests which was awkward for guests

Cons:

The hotel stinks and is pathetic I was with my family with 2 kids and it's so much discomfort without have the room hygiene and clean. Worst room service we had to ask at least 2 to 3 times either for food or anything else.

Pros:

The Ambience, Comfort of Rooms, BF and overall reception

Cons:

No adverse experience.
However, we need a smaller room when we come for a Night stay . That would tempt us to frequent this place.

The room was an executive suite. Spacious. Facilities are okay.

Cons:

The maintainance of the hotel in general is quite average. Staff does not exceed expectations. They're mostly just responsive. The rooms are priced higher than other big brands but it wasn't worth it. No smart tv and no carpets. Water and leakage on the floor. The flush didn't work for two days. The hotel needs to upgrade if they want people to pay that kind of amount for stay.

I stayed at Ellaa Hotel, Gachibowli, Hyderabad from 3/1/26 to 8/1/26 and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was superb, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Hyderabad.

I did not find anything negative during my stay at Hotel Ellaa, Hyderabad. Overall, it was a good and pleasant experience. The stay was comfortable, the services were satisfactory, and the staff was courteous. Everything met my expectations, and I had a smooth and enjoyable stay.
