la colazione di dolci era sempre la stessa e spesso i cornetti e i le ciambelle erano vecchi

Cons:

la stanza era vecchia e aveva bisogno di manutenzione/rinnovamento, cosi come l'albergo in generale.
Negli spazi comuni era presente sempre uno strano sgradevole odore

Shoddy service ordered food and mentioned allergic to eggs but was served soup with eggs and on asking to speak to the managers the floor incharge got aggressive

Pros:

They accomodates my early checkin request. Breakfast spread was very good and it was value for the money. Staff was cooperative.

Cons:

Property was very old and not well maintained. We were assigned rooms on the 5 floor which was on a very bad condition. They rooms looked very old, bathroom had stains and the taps were worn out. We requested change in rooms and one of the new room bad a very bad smell which won't go away. Finally we were given another room but we couldn't get connected rooms. Property is very old and not well maintained. I even requested refund but they denied it. I am extremely unhappy with this and if booking wants me to stay on as a customer, I need some kind of compensation for this stay.
