Will not use Booking.com again, and I will think twice about the Hilton chain.
Pros:

Room was clean, although a slight musty smell was evident. Hotel staff seemed somewhat apathetic and "disconnected". Breakfast was not up to par. They did not have orange juice! Pre-made omelet-like offering was available with some grisley type of sausage, very poor quality.

Cons:

There was a surprise $50.00 "incidental fee" that was not described ahead of time, very shady, not up to Hilton standard.

I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Clean, very comfortable bed, a little better than usual breakfast, and very quiet.

Cons:

There was only one restaurant within walking distance (at the Holiday Inn), O’Malley’s. (No restaurant at Hampton Inn.)

Cons:

We called the number provided by you for the airport shuttle. We had to wait an hour for it to arrive, then when we finally arrived at the hotel, they informed us that it was the wrong hotel. Then we had to wait for a return shuttle to the airport, call again, and wait for a different shuttle to take us to the correct hotel. Then we had person working at the hotel desk and the shuttle driver told us that this happens all of the time. This is absolutely unacceptable. It was unpleasant and made for a weary day. I would like to speak with a manager regarding this. Thank you

It was a pleasant stay overall. Thank you
Pros:

Pleasant building. It was quiet the central heat and air was pleasant. The breakfast was well presented. And the coffee was good. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I was in a corner room in the building with a king I had no suitcase rack. Just foot stools. I made do with a shower. Yet I would have preferred a bath tub. I couldn’t see that in booking.com.

Gym was terrible, and pool was closed. Both were misrepresented on booking.com.

Worst breakfast I have ever seen. All high sugar and high fat.

El confort de las camas excepcional las almohadas un tanto iblandas para mi gusto pero también depende mucho de la costumbre que tengas.

Cons:

El desayuno no es muy variado.
No todos los recepcionistas son tan amables.
