Convenient when flying out from Dulles
Pros:

Close to the airport, stay, park and fly worked great. $10 pr night excluded the night we stayed. Was picked up at Dulles on return after waiting only 5 min

Construction Noise and Overwhelming Smells
Pros:

We arrived in the midst of deep construction. Nothing was commented on our reservation stay until we checked in. The hammering was constant. But the smell of paint was overwhelming. When I asked for another room, I was told that all the rooms were the same. It was not possible for a refund. I had had very good experiences in the past. This was a HUGE disappointment and game changer about staying with Hampton Inn ever again.

We will book again.
Pros:

With quite a delay in arriving we were picked up from the airport after calling in time. We were welcomed by the night shift staff, smoth check in, happy to be in the very comfortable room exactly as we booked.

Cons:

Nice and clean. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff all around.
