Der var ikke noget jeg ikke kunne lide ved hotellet. Der var en lang spadseretur til bycentrum, og for få p-pladser ved hotellet.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem typisch bayerischen Hotel
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, schöner Spabereich mit mehreren Saunen und einem Schwimmbad, abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet, besonders angenehm waren die kostenfreien, Kalt- und Heißgetränke tagsüber

Licht und Schatten: für uns keine erneute Option
Pros:

Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht, dementsprechend groß war auch das Zimmer. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und ordentlich.

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker, das Personal dort überwiegend freundlich.

Der neue Pool ist sauber und hübsch.

Cons:

Auch wenn das Hotel an sich nichts dafür kann: die Lage an der Hauptstraße (haben wir nicht als solche bei der Buchung erkannt) über die auch lautstarker Schwerlastverkehr fährt (die Scheiben haben um 5 Uhr früh gezittert) trüben die Urlaubslaune sehr heftig. Und da wir im "Nebenhaus" waren, musste wir für alle Angebote des Hotels stets ohne Ampel über genau diese Straße. Wenig ansprechend.

Man kam sich, auch aufgrund des Verhaltens der Mitarbeiter, leider nicht wirklich willkommen vor. Am Anreisetag war das Zimmer über eine Stunde nach Anreisezeit nicht fertig. Am 2. Tag mussten (für die Suite!) nachmittags daran erinnern, dass die Zimmerreinigung nicht stattgefunden hat. Eines Abends wurden wir, obwohl wir leise beisammen saßen, sehr rüde von der Terrasse "geworfen" weil die Rezeptionistin wohl um diese Zeit Feierabend hat. Wenig Feingefühl für die Gäste. Man kam sich teils als störend vor.

Und die Organisation beim Frühstück hat noch Luft nach oben: Besteck hier, Servietten dort, beim Cerealien-Buffet keine Schüsseln: die stehen beim warmen Buffet. Warum ändert man das nicht einfach? Die Fragen nach Besteck, Serviette, Schüsseln haben wir ca. 1000x gehört... Auch wurden Tische oft nicht abgeräumt, auch das stört beim Urlaub in einem nicht wirklich günstigen Hotel.

Der neue Pool ist leider im Keller, somit eigentlich ein reines Schwimmbecken. Wurde aber leider erst um 10:00 Uhr geöffnet, so dass man morgens keine Runden ziehen konnte. Unverständlich.
