Pros:

Lugar céntrico. Las camas cómodas y si tenía lo básico en la cocina.

Cons:

La habitación tenía un olor terrible y muy fuerte de húmeda, para personas con enfermedade de alergia eso es terrible. E igual la alfombra, parece que en meses no lan han aspiradora, camine descalza y las plantas de los pies me quedaron negros.

We got there at 1pm and had to wait 2+ hrs for a room in a lobby that had only 1 sofa!
Room was ok, but not great! Would NOT go there again

Fiz a reserva 1 semana antes. cheguei no hotel por volta das 8 hs da manhã na data da reserva, deixei as minhas bagagens no hotel e fui passear… assim, que retornei ao hotel, a minha reserva havia sido cancelada. Destacando que, recebi um e-mail do Booking, no período da tarde do mesmo dia da reserva, informando do cancelamento pelo o não comparecimento ao hotel. Chegando ao hotel, os funcionários simplesmente não fizeram o mínimo esforço para revolver o meu problema, informando que o hotel estava cheio e não havia mais nenhum quarto disponível. Uma falta de respeito e profissionalismo por parte dos funcionários. Nunca mais me hospedo nesse hotel e muito menos indico ele para alguém. Péssimo!!

Poderia ser melhor.
Pros:

Boa tarde. Eu tinha efetuado uma reserva com a Booking para os dias 27/12 a 01/01/2026. Meu cartão foi clonado e não consegui entrar em contato com a empresa para confirmar a reserva. Mandei email, porém sem sucesso. O Sr. Krhristofer do Candlewood de Orlando ligou para o hotel em Fort Lauderdale e confirmaram que a reserva estava confirmada. Quando cheguei no hotel, no dia 27/12/2025. Não existia reserva alguma. Fiquei muito aborrecido. Tive que ficar em outro hotel. No mesmo dia efetuei uma nova reserva para o período de 28/12 a 01/01/2026. Porém, tive que dormir em uma cama improvisada, pois o quarto somente tinha uma cama de casal.

Cons:

No dia 28/12/2025 eu paguei, além da estada, uma caução de 100,00 dólares e me afirmaram, no dia do checkout que a devolução seria automática e até o presente momento não recebi de volta o valor depositado. Gostaria que o hotel ou a empresa Booking me fornecessem alguma informação a respeito da devolução da caução.

Overall the bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean so I would stay there again

Location to airport and the free laundry

Cons:

The person on duty when I arrived. She seemed overwhelmed and was on the telephone too long before she got to me. She was by herself and the lobby was packed with people sitting around waiting for shuttles. There was no place for me to sit to be ready for my room. I had to go outside and find a place to sit on the curb for two hours so my daughter and I opted to just walk through a neighborhood that we knew nothing about until it was closer to time to come back for our room to be ready.
