Never had so many problems for such a short hotel stay

Black mold in shower in first room
Thermostat breaking down in second room. Unable to set room temperature to a comfortable level
No offer to change rooms or have the thermostat fixed
Room keys suddenly stopped working and had to be replaced
After raising these concerns to front desk, we were told by phone the Manager gave a $40 discount.

The breakfast was very good - lots to choose from. And I really liked the coffee machines.

We could not get my husband's computer to connect to the WiFi.

Still love this hotel, but it needed a little extra attention this time.
Pros:

We always stay here because it’s usually very clean and conveniently located. The staff is always super sweet as well.

Cons:

This time, it didn’t look like the bathroom had been fully cleaned. There was hair from the previous guest on the counters, floor, and in the shower. There was also some trash left over under the sink (shaving razor cap, etc.) There was also a thick layer of mold in the sink.

Must stay there!
Pros:

Great location. Near the fwy and shops. Loved they had 24 hrs coffee and tea for guests. Staff was attentive to guests needs.
