Excellent location and pleasant staff made out several day stay enjoyable.
Pros:

Pleasant welcoming staff. Clean well appointed rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Easy access to main roads. Close by to restaurants.

Cons:

We had a large group and would have enjoyed the fireplace in the lobby, especially since it was snowing. Too bad it was out of propane.

The online reservation process is broken
Pros:

The online reservation site does not work. It changed the arrival date and despite editing, it continued posting the incorrect date. I called the number provided and was asked to confirm my Honors membership information. I was then put on hold for 8 minutes and then informed that the number was not in service and to call back. I had to contact the hotel direct and made the reservation with the agent on duty. Someone needs to look into the system!
