DIDN'T SLEEP WELL
Pros:

Our complaints are minor, except for one major annoyance. The air-conditioner in our room needs servicing. It made noises that prevented us from getting a good night sleep.

This was ideal for our group of 15 staying in 4 double rooms.
Pros:

The property was convenient to the airport, yet not all noisy. The staff were most accommodating even with our 1:00 am arrival door to a late flight. The breakfast was delicious and more than we expected.

Great visit near IAD
Pros:

This was one of the best Hampton Inn’s we’ve stayed in. It was clean and updated. Also, the staff was free and attentive, from the front desk to breakfast. We picked this location for the park and fly deal, but it exceeded our expectations.

Pros:

The breakfast was awesome; the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful.

location is ideal, have consistently stayed here for that reason (easy access to places i need to be) - staff are pleasant, polite and professional - enjoy the complimentary breakfast, which is quite improved (always good but it was noticeably diverse and flavorful this visit)
