Room for improvement
Pros:

Beds and pillows were excellent. Room and bathroom spacious. TV and amenities were excellent.

Cons:

Foot traffic in the halls cause the floors to vibrate and can be felt throughout the floor. All the doors slam when used on the floor and can be felt and heard throughout the floor. The computers were down and the manager was copying guest credit card information on a copier and assuring everyone he would shred that information once the computers came up and he could input it into the computer?

Pros:

Loved the option of a family suite— would like more of those options throughout other areas

Cons:

The unit clearly hadn’t been cleaned— there was stuff on the carpet the hadn’t been vacuumed and stains on the table.

I was extremely disappointed ☹️
Pros:

I stayed at this location twice over two weeks. The first was a good experience. I had a quiet clean room. The most recent, second experience was bad. It was very noisy and unsanitary.

Cons:

I did not like the loud traffic noises.
I did not like the bug on the floor and all the dust that I inhaled when I scooped up the bug. I did not like the loud ice maker in the small refrigerator because it buzzed until I unplugged the unit. I did not like the random blinking light on the ceiling above the bed. I did not like the empty tissue box.
I did not like the urine stain on the wall behind the toilet . I did not like that the shower curtain was short and became a challenge to keep the bathroom dry from shower water.
I did not like that I was ignored when I first reported signs of an unclean room.
I did not like that my concerns about the unclean, noisy room were not taken seriously when I reported them a second time the following morning.

Cons:

Person in room above walked very heavy until about midnight, it was hard to go to sleep. Sounded like possibly a kid jumping.

Pros:

The breakfast was okay. The location was great for my business needs.

Cons:

Bring back coffee makers in the rooms. The excuse about the environment I get, but, no one says they need to be the kuerig cup/pods. The paper filters are good too. I like making coffee/tea in the room. I will no longer stay at IHG hotels - this lacks value and comfort.

Stuck us in a room at the end of the longest hall even though the hotel was lightly populated.

Pros:

The property was clean, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was great, and the beds were comfortable and the bedding was very nice also. we love the location and 100 percent stay here again.
