Nasty hotel, rude front desk, wrong type of room given which was nasty , dirty , old , and in very poor shape

Room was battered, dirty , smelt , stains on everything , wallpaper peeling off , mood on shower sealant , like something out of a horror show … receptionist was rude, like super rude - it’s being refurbed apparently , doesn’t want returbing , it wants knocking down - you can hear everything on the floor above as well

Pros:

We requested a new remodeled room and were given a very old and run down room. Maybe because we booked online.

Cons:

The cracked up floors, the construction i. The building, the pool was closed. We weren't warned about any of this.

Horrible

The lady that checked me in was wonderful. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The bathroom door would not shut, and when I called to report it, I was told it would be “put on the maintenance list,” but nothing was done during my stay.
There was no water at one point, which was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. The ceiling had visible water damage, with taped areas that were falling down. There were also holes in the walls.
The pull-out bed mattress had noticeable stains, including one that appeared to be blood. The couch had what looked like knife cuts in it. The wallpaper was peeling, and when we looked closer, there appeared to be black mold underneath. Parts of the wallpaper were taped back together with black tape.
While the clerk at checkout was friendly and apologized when I mentioned the issues, the overall condition of the room was concerning and did not meet basic cleanliness and safety standards.
I hope management addresses these maintenance and sanitation problems so future guests do not have the same experience.

The breakfast saved this visit from being bad. I probably won't stay here again.

Very little parking. Pool was closed. The heat in my room was not the best. I stayed cold almost all night. The stay was not worth what I paid.

Unsafe and Poorly Maintained

This hotel was a nightmare—drunk men at the pool, shady activity at the front desk, and no real customer service. We were given bathmats instead of towels, and the bathroom ceiling was caving in from a leak. Definitely would not stay here again.
