Room and pool
The entire first floor and out side of building were under construction or painting. I know it has to be done. But I would have preferred an option to cancel and rebook somewhere else in a timely manner with the full refund.

The notice stated some construction going on.. however, it was actually a total remodel and a dangerous construction zone. I'm handicap and had to watch very carefully where I stepped so as to not trip and fall. The room was nice but too small. Should not have been charged that much money. We were traveling and very tired, if I were able I would have gone to another hotel.
No one told us the entire first floor was torn up.
Very upsetting
We stayed in room 430. The hotel is going through renovations, but our room was nice and no construction during evening hours. The A/C unit and controls were on the window. The unit was a little noisy and there was no option to turn the fan off unless you didn't want A/C. The soaps/shampoo were on the wall. Hot water was instant and the shower was good. The room had a couch in it. The space was a little tight getting around the bed. The fridge had no freezer, typical microwave and coffee maker in room. The breakfast was typical. Staff was friendly.
Honestly one of our worst hotel experiences. We should have been warned about the hotel being under construction. The entrances were a disaster (dirty, dusty, ugly) There was false advertising in stating there was a fitness center and pool available for swimming. Neither was true. The breakfast area was small and uninviting. Do not make reservations at this hotel. With the false claims we should be reimbursed!!!!!
