Room was very clean!
Lot’s of renovation construction going on.
It was on construction and we paid full price listening to a drill in the next room. Our floors in the room we like they finished construction without cleaning them. Tons of dirt
Remodeling so it was not the best.
Will probably be nice once the remodeling is done. Thought our room was a little small.small.l
The hotel was being remodeled and it was a mess. The air conditioner sounded like an airplane. And the check-in personnel did not offer my 500 points IHG rewards or acknowledge me.
The breakfast was great. Food was good.
We were unaware that renovations were taking place. The top floor was done, where we were to be initially, we were accommodated as my spouse cannot ride an elevator (plus did not want to drag our suitcases etc up 4 flights of stairs). We were put on the 1st floor room 136. We were in the room for maybe a couple hours and the ceiling literally started raining on us. Had to run to front desk was given a half assed "sorry about that" given a new room 126. Not once did anyone offer to help or anything.
If there was any warning on the site when we booked our reservation we would not have stayed.
Our large party had 2 rooms and our labradoodle and the rooms were perfectly sized! We didn’t make it in until about midnight and the staff were incredibly kind and got us checked in quickly. Tons of delicious options for breakfast fed my 4 overly picky kids and the coffee was fresh!
The building itself is for sure getting close to needing updating but nothing was actually wrong with any part we experienced and intend to stay again.
The breakfast was ok
The ac unit was making noise all night and the room was small compared to other Holiday Inns we have stayed at.
Newly renovated rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Beds could be a little more comfy.
Ok
Breakfast staff was so friendly and helpful
Bathroom needed definate updating. Wallpaper was coming off the walls and the room was small.
.
Was not told about loud construction before booking or after booking ..it is EXTREMELY LOUD!! Hard to work or rest .
Parking was horrible. They had most of the parking blocked off for construction.
Hotel was being renovated and now we know why.
Our room was terrible, dirty and felt like we landed at a super 8. If we weren’t so tired from driving all day, we would have moved on. We have always had great stays with HIE. Breakfast has always been great and rooms are nice.
We didn’t even stay for breakfast at this one.
Tried to crab a coffee before we left and it tasted terrible.
If you can keep going down the road, I would.
Breakfast was good.
Hotel is under renovation. That should be disclosed on the booking site.
