I have always liked staying at this hotel. I have stayed here for 15 years now. It used to be a great place to stay.
It was dirty, very run down. Loud. The elevator acted like it was going to drop and made odd banging noises. All doors slam.. Outside, inside, it doesn't matter they all slam. The whole hotel shakes when the drier is running, so much on the 3rd floor that resting in the day is impossible. The hotel thought having a 1-cup fresh brew coffee system would work. It absolutely doesn't. Especially when several (10-12) guests who all just want that first cup of coffee to wake up with. They can't because 5 minutes a person for one cup of coffee times 10-12 people... yeah, it takes way too long. The hotel allowed a birthday party in the pool area during my stay. This prohibited my family from swimming/hot tub because the pool and hot tub were already over capacity. They were allowed to take over the pool area for an entire night of our stay. The hotel staff also allowed food inside the pool. This got inside the pool. The guests left behind food, trash, and stuff floating in the pool, and hotel staff didn't clean the area after the party, the day after or day after that. Also, the party guests broke the metal stairs for getting our of the pool. This made it difficult after they left to use the pool safely. I am very disappointed. This was the worst stay in 15-plus years. I hope these major problems can be resolved before I stay here again. Especially for the price in the summer for a room..
Staff and room was clean.
The hot water in the bathroom did not work like it should have. Hot water did not stay hot for long and temperature would change while showering. Hot water in sink had the same problem.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. They always greeted with a smile. It was very clean and comfortable. We'll definitely book here again
Well it was very quiet, but the beds were comfy too. I slept great! Also good tv selection!
That we had to check out early at 11-12 wish that hotels could have later times for when you check out! Also not going to lie, waiting a week to get my deposit back is a little upsetting to me, but it's ok, I'll live, it just kinda sucks that's all.
The coffee is always good.
We had to be switched rooms three times. The first room was very dirty. It was dusty and fingerprints were everywhere. The floor had what looked to be dog feces on it and there were chunks of hair matted up on the floor. The entry way hadn't been swept and it was gross. So we get to the second room. There was old cheese that had been left in the fridge and then BAM bee bugs! By this time is almost 4am. Switched room again even though I wanted to get out of there ASAP. There was pubic hair and other hair all over the bed and sheets. No manager to speak to. The bed bugs is a HUGE ISSUE. DISGUSTING
Comfortable beds, excellent hot shower, appreciated the pool and hot tub, comfortable temperature in our room.
