Staff is so rude
It was great from beginning to end. Our hostess when we checked in was Amazing, her name was Talonga or something like that I'm sorry I can't remember exact name and I should have because she was great. Thank you again for everything. I'm in customer service industry and this is how I treat my customers.
There was some kind of altercation in the parking lot outside of the hotel on 30 August and the sheriff department was called and three sheriff vehicles showed up. The TV reception in my room was not clear and there were loose floor tiles in the bathroom.
One of the nastiest hotels I have stayed in. AC leaked all over the carpet, room wasn’t very clean, smelled like weed all over the place INSIDE. DO NOT STAY HERE
Horrible experience… Poor, non caring management.
The guest above my room were SUPER LOUD all night. 2 calls were made to the front desk NOTHING CHANGED. I slept about 2 hours and my husband didn’t sleep at all. The manager did not call nor care. She told Expedia “policy states no refunds”. Policy also states quiet time is 10:30p-7a and a guest could be asked to leave if the disturbance continues. She uses policy for HER BENEFIT ONLY and could care less about the guest as long as the card goes through and the payment is collected.
When we got there, it was evident that the room was not completely renovated - there was a missing handle on a closet door and THE TOILET WAS NONFUNCTIONAL. The staff, however, were incredibly responsive, doing everything they could to help us out. By the third day of our stay, everything was fixed except the automatic icemaker, which never worked (they gave us an icetray). For a longer stay with family, this property and room were outstanding - except for the issues mentioned above.

Air conditioner only blew air and was loud and constant.
No blinds to keep out light.
Staff initially gave me a key to an already occupied room so I walked in on somebody. When I went to get another room, the only room provided was one that smelled severely of chemicals and the carpet was soaking wet. I asked to speak to a manager multiple times with no call back. The smell was so bad my clothes smelled like chemicals for days.
They were very welcoming and helpful
just an average hotel with nothing special about it, typical cheap hotel. The young lady that checked me out was phenomenal and very friendly.

It was a nice stay, quite, free laundry, Wi-Fi, cable, nice grilling area out back as we as a dog area to walk your animals (yes pets allowed) there was also a full kitchen area which I thought was the best.

Checked in at 1715 went up to see my room and then left to go see my son on base and returned at 2015. Took the car with my belongings up to room got inside and immediately went to the restroom with the door open. Looked out into room and saw a bag that did not belong to me with clothes in it on the floor. I hurried up and shut the bathroom door Wash my hands slowly open the door to see if anybody was in the room. No one was there, but the bed had been slept in and somebody’s hair was in the sink so I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I looked up the number on my phone and called down and talked to the clerk, and she said the room was registered to me and she didn’t know how anybody else got in there , so she asked if I wanted another room I said yes and she gave me a room on the third floor all the way at the end of the hall and when I get in that room, the privacy blind is hanging by one hook and it’s broke and I called to the clerk, and she came up to check and see if she could fix it and there was a man standing in the hall just staring into the room. When I went back downstairs, a man at the front had made a comment to me about how he could “feel better“ and then another one approached me laundry room. I felt very uncomfortable. I went to the front desk and told the clerk, I didn’t want to stay there that I was afraid. She said Hotels.com would have to give my money back. The owner was an agreement , I left and got a room on base. I want a refund.
Staff is amazing
Planned on staying for a few weeks but hotel rudely told us we couldn’t extend although we had a leak with our ac and carpet had a wet spot and room wouldn’t have been able to rent after speaking with hotel staff informing them that we were extending and would stay in the room and they didn’t have to comp us but they made us check out due to over bookings and not enough vacancy for an in town event even though we had previously informed them that we would need to be staying for 7-10 days and being assured it was ok. On the day we checked out we were told management would help figure out something and if not we would be comped points through their rewards program and never received any
the only problem i had was the air conditioner went out.
Everything about my stay was amazing including the staff. The facility is kept very well, didn’t hear any noise from other guests or staff.
