Location is great but won’t be staying again
Pros:

Location was great!

Cons:

Room was dirty, no towels at the pool, pool was dirty, breakfast was limited and the helper was rude.

Cons:

Shower didn't have very hot water or spray. The plug outlet didn't hold our cords and charger very.well and didn't charge devices well.

Disappointed.
Pros:

My daughter and I stay here a few times a year to have a girls shopping and relaxing weekend. This year we brought my granddaughter too. It is in the perfect spot to make all of that convenient.

Cons:

We had a sofa bed in the room, but no linens or pillows, when I called to get them they said they had no pillows. I had listed 3 adults on the room.
Next door there was so much noise and running up and down the halls for hours. I called and complained, was told they would address and it went on for another 2 hours. They finally quieted down at about 2am.
