Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville SE Murfreesboro

The one bright spot of the whole place is Kendra at the front desk hotel needs a complete remodel it is terrible they wanted to charge 16 dollars for parking what a joke don't bother to call for maintenance they either do not care or do not exist as a diamond member of hilton it is hard to think they support this hotel

We are gold members and have stayed at many Hilton hotels…we have never had such a neglected room anywhere. Duct tape holding down the carpet, fake leather peeling off the chairs, dirty, stained cabinetry and crumbs falling out of the sofa bed. I wish I would have read the reviews before our stay. Don’t stay here.

We stayed here for a quick overnight during the holidays while visiting family. What a great hotel! Super friendly staff, fast check-in, a really spacious room, comfortable beds (one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in a hotel, actually). Great breakfast! This will be our go-to in Murfreesboro from now on.

Eli was absolutely amazing. We were helped quickly and efficiently when we had a problem with our room. All smiles, 10/10 customer service. Will return just for Eli!

Beautiful property, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, and very comfortable accommodations. Would def stay here again id we ever come back this way!

The room was great our only issues was we picked the hotel for the pool and the pool wasn’t good it was extremely cloudy. We talked so someone about it they said to wait and disappear for 30 mins my husband went to the front desk and found the gentleman and he seemed to have forgotten us. He said it was fine but it smelled so strong of chemicals. My nephews eyes are still extremely red and irritated.

Close to shops and restaurants a plus

Didn’t refill the coffee and tea dispenser in the room
So value for money very low

The rug connected to the tile was lifted and “fixed” with tape and it was even peeling. I would think embassy suites could afford a proper repair
