Good location our room at the end of the hall was very quiet
Check in was at 3:00 p.m. we were turned away along with probably six other people same rooms weren't ready and we had to come back later.
When we press the number 5 for the 5th floor on the elevator it fell inside. It did not get fixed while we were there.
This is the 2nd time that I have had a poor experience at this hotel. In the first stay, I was given a room that was not made up. The desk clerk insisted that i entered the wrong room. I took him to the room to show him the evidence. On the latest stay, It started with check in - the keys that I was presented with did not open the door. I came back down to the front desk 3 times with the same outcome. The desk clerk made me think that I was doing something wrong. I requested a new room - which was done. I was given room 520. When I entered the room - it was 80 degrees in the room, and the heater was making an awful noise. I shut the heater off, and waited for the room to cool off. About 1:00 in the morning - the heater turned on again (it was in OFF Mode). It woke me up with the noise like a semi truck. In the morning, the breakfast buffet was not set up. When I checked out, I made a complaint to the front desk clerk. She offered no compensation for a poor experience. I recommended that room 520 not be offered to guests until repairs were made to the HVAC unit. I am doubtful that she took any action. I asked about contacting the hotel manager- she offered a shallow excuse. I will NOT be staying at this establishment again.
This place is a dump. Safety issues in the bathroom - tub has little non skid material which is a fall hazard. Asked front desk to have maintenance come fix it - I was ignored. Last year my husband fell due to no non skid material and we complained, left a voicemail asking for a supervisor or manager to call us back and no one ever called!! I should never come back here but the cost was the driver as I needed two rooms for five nights. Stay away!!!
Gym had two towels - there is zero housekeeping. Leaves have been on the floor in lobby for two days. Front desk doesn’t acknowledge you unless you speak up first.
Loved the whole stuff from morning to night will always come back here
Hilton Garden Inn in Blue Ash was a disappointment. Our room had chips on all of the furniture, mold in the tub, someone’s hair barrettes on the floor under the sink, rips in the curtains, and dust on the fridge. Do yourself a favor and drive on by this hotel.
Probably the worst Hilton on the planet and the last one I will ever spend and $$$. I was there for a week and staff was totally worthless … the Televison never worked, on my 2nd morning I inquired and was advised that it was a problem with the cable company, so no tele the whole week. Every evening I had to go to the front desk to ask for fresh towels. At some point the smoke detector battery was going bad chirped, no one put in a new battery and I finally demanded a new room ! I also asked that the general manager called me but as expected I have heard nothing. The Hilton guarantee is a total lie, they obviously don’t give a shir anymore …..
This hotel has really gone down. We used to stay at this hotel whenever we came to the area, which is usually once a year, but the last two visits have been very disappointing. We purchased three rooms for this visit here in October. The rooms were dirty. There was 22 inch to 40 inch TVs. The customer service staff was unhelpful and unfriendly when we complained about the rooms they said they didn’t have any anymore until we got visibly upset. My husband‘s on the phone now with Hilton honors. No Go a few miles up the road stay at Hampton and it’s rated better. We won’t be staying here anymore.
I booked the room and got a confirmation. When I arrived I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and I could not stay. I was told I would receive a refund.
When I arrived, I was told they did not have a room for me, even though I had a reservation. Stated “You reserved a room with double beds and all we have is a King room.” I was told I would have to cancel the reservation. I found another hotel nearby and then called this one back and told him to go ahead and cancel. I currently have a charge for one night showing up in my bank! Waiting on a return call since Saturday.

Literally nothing. Mold on walls. No jacuzzi which i specifically called and asked for. Got a different room due to mold yet next room doesn't have AC. Literally what is to like. 77 in a room absolutely disgusting.
Everything. Mold on walls. No AC rude staff. Lied about jacuzzi. Ive been in roach motels with more respect than this. And more expensive than others. Genuinely choose here because of the "jacuzzi '
The rooms were old and musty. TheTV was very small and its speaker didn’t work. The carpet was rough and bleached in spots. The bathtub was very slippery.
The only highlight was that the staff was trying to be helpful and work with the conditions.
Stayed here 2 weeks ago and again this past weekend. LOTS of items still needing maintenance/repair even though front staff was notified 2 weeks ago!! broken pool door, no pool towels, broken pool and fitness center clocks, broken ice machine on the 3rd floor, bathroom light fixture missing in room, room cards stopped working several hours prior to checkout, unfriendly front desk employees during check in, dinnertime, and late night.
Wondering what other maintenance issues are lacking.
We got in late and we were leaving early next day. I sit on toilet and bout fell it wasn't fully seated.
