This is a great extended stay hotel for the Seattle area! Although there isn't much within short walking distance, only a mile or so away - there is all the amenities! I enjoy the downtown Hyatt House at the base of the Space Needle, too. But the parking and relation to the freeways with this Hyatt make is so much more convenient.

Was in town for a trade show. Some staff here are amazing and made up for shortcomings. Other staff are overwhelmed and lack training to deal with challenges. Our room had a window that was completely frosted over. In other words you can't see out of the window. With five bags and gear unpacked, moving wasn't an option. This didn't really become an issue until the next day when I had to work from the room. Hotel is dated. Our room had a shower that sprayed everywhere. Was fixed but then limited direction making showering awkward. Our room had newer furnishings but drapes and blinds are dirty with stains. Hotel is noisy. Extremely noisy. Almost impossible to get a good night's sleep. Second day we tried to sleep in. Construction or repairs in hallway kept us up. Third night was so bad I contemplated checking out in the middle of the night. Security suppowedly visited the rook above us three times. Female desk member barked at me for multiple calls about the noise despite waiting an hour for it to get quiet. 11 PM and still not resolved. Likely a great Hotel if you are on the top floor. Positive notes... restaurant will do their best to accommodate special requests and servers go above and beyond to welcome weary travelers. Food was excellent two meals out of three. Second meal they were out of most items... settled for a single unseasoned pre cut and tough crispy chicken patty with white rice. Breakfast was always perfect with rotating options. Silverware often shows detergent stains. Housekeeping does an excellent job. Likely would have had better things to stay but we chose this Hotel for sleep after a 12 hour event that was physically exhausting and got very little. We really needed the second day to rest and couldn't so we extended our trip for another day and again, still no rest. As I write this review at 7:45 AM, still more stomping from the room above us. Better for families, I suppose. Definitely not good for business travel or anyone that needs to work from their room or values their sleep. All in all, an expensive learning lesson. Final note, Hotel rates are more expensive on the app. Could have saved 70 per night booking here. Hyatt name but not Hyatt quality.

Bit of an unexpected last minute stay, so I was quite relieved to get a room. Every member of staff were very kind and helpful which made things a bit easier. I rarely say this but this one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. I literally have no complaints about the cleanliness although I did not use the kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfortable, there were no annoying red lights from smoke detectors or clocks and the hotel itself was very quiet. No noise between rooms, but the windows could definitely use double glazing for street noise. However, I booked a different room the next night (another last minute decision) and that one was not quite as lovely. Still clean, but the heating system was rather loud at times and I could definitely hear freeway noise. If possible, request a room away from the south side of the building. One huge bonus was the free and ample parking which seems rare in Bellevue. All in all, a few minor inconveniences (which I did not bring to anyone's attention), but a solid stay overall.

The room was clean and comfortable. the hotel was busy. I did find a note on my car about the space being for guests only and to contact the hotel. I wish they would have mentioned that at check in so I could have told them were I was parked, or they could have told me where to park.

Smoke alarm battery failed in the middle of the night. Woke us up and all of the neighbors. Ruined our stay. Regular replacement of smoke alarm batteries should be a routine part of maintenance.

Worst experience as dirty spoons and towels, no water bottles, not enough paper towels, very old utensils, not great breakfast

Area...clean.

The staff was very accommodating. The manager JL was very helpful. When we got into a room that was accommodating everything was fine. I would stay there again. Convenient location and decent breakfast.

Watch out for noisy rooms with beeping devices in your room. Also be careful about alarms preset at early hours.
Stay here if you don’t like to sleep well.

The staff was very responsive when we called to complain about the noise the heater/fan made when it was on. A person came up quickly and resolved the issue.
