Pros:

Worst experience as dirty spoons and towels, no water bottles, not enough paper towels, very old utensils, not great breakfast

Pros:

The staff was very accommodating. The manager JL was very helpful. When we got into a room that was accommodating everything was fine. I would stay there again. Convenient location and decent breakfast.

Cons:

Initially are room was not what we wanted. It wasnt equipped with a full size refrigerator we ended up getting moved but unfortunately was downgraded. I was there for medical reasons and needed to freeze ice. Some of the rooms where dimly lit, however the staff and the manager where a help.

Watch out for noisy rooms with beeping devices in your room. Also be careful about alarms preset at early hours.

Pros:

The staff was very responsive when we called to complain about the noise the heater/fan made when it was on. A person came up quickly and resolved the issue.

Check the pool before entering
Pros:

The pool was absolutely disgusting! But other than that it was a nice stay. Breakfast was way more than expected. Staff was accommodating.

Good but not great.
Pros:

Clean rooms and great breakfast bar. The beds are too high in ADA accessibility rooms and the shower floods the bathroom floor making it dangerous for people with mobility issues.
