Hyatt House Bellevue exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it felt peaceful, welcoming, and genuinely comfortable. After long days of exploring the Pacific Northwest, it was the perfect place to come back to and unwind. The hotel was clean, quiet, well-maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. It truly felt like a home away from home. This trip was filled with wonderful family memories, and Hyatt House Bellevue was a big part of making it so special. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality.

For the cash/points price, I didn’t expect much — and I was genuinely impressed.

Pros
Location:
It’s about 20 minutes from downtown Seattle, which ended up being perfect. I enjoyed the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, MoPOP, and the pier rides, but I also wanted easy access to Snoqualmie Falls, the small town, and the casino buffet. From this hotel, the falls were only ~25 minutes away (versus 45+ minutes and heavier traffic from downtown).
I also spent an afternoon at the Museum of Flight — highly recommended — and the location made that simple too.

Amenities:
For a property at this price point, the amenities exceeded expectations. There’s a bar/restaurant area, an indoor pool and hot tub with comfy touches (pillows on lounge chairs), a laundry room with plenty of machines, and abundant parking. Breakfast had good variety and was well stocked as long as you don’t arrive at the very end. The gym is a decent size, and rooms include a fridge and microwave — perfect for late‑night leftovers.

Value:
Everything is included. No nickel‑and‑diming. Free hot breakfast, free parking (which alone saves a huge amount compared to downtown hotels), and even two complimentary water bottles per day.

Cons
These are minor, but worth mentioning for balance:
Ice machines aren’t on every floor; It is located on the main floor in the laundry room. The front desk will give you an ice bag, which helps.
No water dispenser, though the daily bottled water is appreciated.
My husband noted the hot tub jets could be stronger.

Overall
I was very happy with my stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

Great hotel. Nice, clean, and well-kept rooms. There is even a small kitchen if you need it. Breakfast is decent, and it is a great location to just hop on I-90. Friendly and helpful staff as well. This is our go-to hotel when visiting the Seattle area.

Zarah was extremely helpful at the front desk and so friendly. Best breakfast I've seen at any hotel.

We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. We were greeted warmly. Check-in was smooth. The room was modern and comfortable. We would this hotel to somebody who needs a place to stay in the Bellevue area.

Great, clean and very nice small hotel with good amenities (free breakfast, pol/jacuzzi, gym and free parking). Very easy (15 minutes) to get into central Seattle.

I like bacon more than sausage but it was good and great variety. Location was great, especially for what our trip needed. LOVED THE ROOM!!! And gym!

Everything besides the pillows

Location is excellent for us. Customer service is great. Very comfortable hotel to stay at.

Convenient location for access to I90 & I405, to Issaquah and Sammamish/Redmond plateau, to downtown Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond. Staff always friendly and helpful. Lots of parking around hotel and in free garage. Breakfast has more variety in entrees daily than other similar hotels. Scrambled eggs are one entree same each day, but made as looks and tastes like made from real eggs, not like others made from powder. Bar is convenient for adults to catch sports or have a conversation. Would be better is dining and bar area has sound reduction tiles on walls. Really loud at breakfast. Everything always works in rooms and the hotel when we visit a couple times each year. Rooms are clean and small kitchenette is appreciated. Many outside restaurants of variety of food and level of casualness within 1-2 miles. Factoria Mall within 2 miles has big box stores (Target, Nordstrom Rack, etc., small stores, a number of restaurants, and the largest Asia grocery store in the state
