Отель заслуживает самых высших похвал! Чисто, удобно, расположение отеля очень удобное - море рядом, достопримечательности рядом, променад со множеством ресторанов и развлечений рядом. Я была в полном восторге. Очень удобная кровать. Хороший просторный душ. Все работало отлично. Персонал очень приятный, отзывчивый и вежливый. Мне отель сделал сюрприз в честь моего дня рождения - я вернулась с прогулки, а у меня в номере бутылка прохладного шампанского и карточка с поздравлением. Было очень приятно. Очень хороший вкусный завтрак. Очень приятный приветливый персонал в ресторане. В общем, я осталась очень довольна, и собираюсь в следующий раз останавливаться в этом отеле. Очень рекомендую

Friendly staff, but the room fell short of expectations due to maintenance and issues.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Jolanda from housekeeping. She was an absolute ray of sunshine and genuinely made our stay more enjoyable. Her kindness and positive attitude helped improve our experience, even though we were initially disappointed with some aspects of the hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, there was a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom that spread throughout the room, even when the bathroom door was closed. We had to ask maintenance to come in the morning to fix that, the smell eventually went away. We also found that the bed was not properly prepared, as there was no duvet inside the duvet cover. We had to make the bed ourselves, and only one duvet was provided inside the closet despite the room being booked for two guests, so we had to request an additional one from reception. In addition, there was only a single hanger in the bathroom, which was very impractical for two guests and left us with nowhere to hang towels, swimsuits, clothes or other belongings.

Good location and communal areas. Apartment disappointing for the price.

The apartment was dated and didn’t reflect the decor and look of the public areas. They started renovating part of our floor during our stay and it was dusty and noisy. I expected better.

נגישות לשומרי מסורת. יש הרבה מאוד דתיים שמתארחים (מלא ישראלים במלון) שמחפשים דלתות בלי מפתח אלקטרוני ויותר התחשבות. יש מלונות באיזור שעשו זאת
