Good, but...
Pros:

- Excellent Location: Perfectly situated just a 5–7 minute walk from the Kato Paphos area and the main promenade. (Keep in mind Paphos has two centers; this is the coastal one).
- Convenience: The airport bus stop is only 2 minutes away on foot. It’s also very easy to reach the archaeological site (10-minute walk) or catch a nearby bus to the Tombs of the Kings.
- Spacious Rooms: Our room was very large and comfortable.
- Modern Facilities: The new wing of the hotel is impressive, featuring a beautiful (though somewhat small) indoor pool and a nice gym.
- Breakfast: The breakfast was good, though very 'English breakfast' oriented. While I would have preferred more local products, they did offer some regional items like halloumi and a few types of olives and local cheeses.

Cons:

- Now for the tricky part: the hotel consists of two buildings, but effectively three distinct sections. One building is split in a way that requires going outside to access certain areas—something the official photos conveniently hide.
- There is a brand-new, impressive building featuring a spa, indoor pool, and restaurant—it's very nice. Then there is a second building with a lovely lobby, breakfast area, and a rooftop bar with great views. Finally, there is a 'hidden' wing of the second building, accessed through a passage that looks more like a service corridor. It had stains on the walls and felt completely below standard. Guess where we were allocated? :)
- This section is a massive contrast to the rest of the hotel. I am certain I paid the same price as guests in the 'fancier' parts (for similar room type). I’m only maintaining my score because I spent most of my time outdoors exploring the beautiful surroundings. Honestly, these rooms should be sold at a significantly lower price point.

Other issues worth noting:

Bathroom Privacy: The shower/toilet area is just a glass wall. The acoustics are terrible, and the door has a gap (see photo), which makes using the toilet feel quite uncomfortable.
TV: It’s far too small for the room size and the distance from the bed.
Cleanliness: While mostly clean, some areas clearly haven't been touched in a long time.

A 7/10 is a fair, even generous, score. Would I recommend it or stay again? No—unless you can guarantee a room in the new section. Avoid the 'forgotten wing' at all costs

Tidy hotel with good facilities for adults
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic and indoor pool and spa facilities are blissful.
The interior of the hotel is all very well kept and clean.
Really enjoyed our stay here.

Cons:

The views from the back rooms are terrible, however didn't spend too much time in the room so wasn't too much problem.
No swimming facilities for under 16s in winter as outdoor pools arent heated and are too cold and indoor pool is adults only. Didn't realise this on
booking so our daughter was very disappointed.

Pros:

Super lokalizacja, bardzo blisko promenady, morza, sklepów, restauracji a jednak w spokojnym miejscu! Pyszne śniadania, z dużym wyborem. W hotelu czysto. Personel bardzo pomocny, mogliśmy zameldować się wcześniej a przy wyjeździe pozwolono nam pozostać dłużej w hotelu, co przy późnych lotach jest bardzo ważne!
