Great location and a lovely stay
Pros:

The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the harbour and the beach, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The pool is relatively large, with plenty of sunbeds available. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options offered each day.

לא מומלץ- למרות העיצוב המוקפד והעכשווי ולמרות שהצוות באמת שירותי.
Pros:

מלון בעיצוב מיוחד, חדרים עם מע חכמה לשליטה במזגן/תאורה וכו. קרוב לטיילת ולחוף. מרפסת עם מתלה כביסה מובנה ונוח. ארוחת הבוקר עשירה אך לא הכל טרי ( הפנקייק והקורנפלקס היו יבשים ונראה שהקורנפלקס כל הזמן במתקן מיום ליום).האחראית בחדר האוכל סופר נחמדה.

1. לא נקי- באסלה היתה שערה מהאורחים הקודמים, היה חול בחדר ומסביב לכיור. ניקיתי לבד כי אני תמיד מביאה מגבוני ניקיון ולא סומכת.
2. הזמנתי 2 חדרי פרימיום עם נוף לבריכה וביקשתי שיהיו סמוכים. קיבלתי 2 חדרים סמוכים- אחד מהם פונה לרחוב הראשי שליד המלון ולא לבריכה- כל הלילה היה רעש מהתנועה בכביש. ביקשתי להחליף חדר והחליפו מיד ללא בעיות. ביקשתי פיצוי על הלילה הזה שכן לא קיבלתי את מה שהזמנתי אך התעלמו מבקשתי. נאלצנו להיות בהמשך החופשה בקומות נפרדות בשביל להנות מחדר שקט עם נוף לבריכה. בתמונות של החדרים באמבטיה יש משטח להניח את דברי הרחצה, בחדרים הראשונים שקיבלנו ( שאחד מהם נשאר עד הסוף) היה כיור תלוי ללא משטח, המקלחון שמעוצב עכשווי עם דופן פתוחה- היה עם דופן קצרה מידי וכל האמבטיה היתה שלולית גדולה. בחדר אליו הועברנו לאחר התלונה היה חדר רחצה כמו בתמונות והיה נוח מאוד.
3.יש ערכת קפה בחדר- אך לא השלימו קפה- בבוקר האחרון לא נשאר קפה ( הכוונה לקפה מגורען לא לקפסולות)

Cons:

חדר גיהוץ מרוחק. יש לשים בכל חדר מגהץ קטן.
לא הייתה שמיכה מחממת. רק סדין זוגי.

You pay for 4 stars for the location and bed, but the room condition is strictly 2 stars
Pros:

Great location and comfortable bed, but the room condition is terrible and definitely not up to 4-star hotel standards.

Cons:

We booked a One-Bedroom Superior Apartment + one room in a 4 stars hotel and paid a high rate.
The hotel’s online listings and photos are highly misleading. We chose this property based on the modern, high-quality images presented, with no indication that we would be placed in a completely outdated, neglected, and substandard unit in the old wing.
Furthermore, the apartment is in an unacceptable state of maintenance, featuring numerous broken items and severe wear, including:
• A damaged and broken wall.
• A broken refrigerator cabinet door.
• A broken wardrobe door.
• A broken toilet flush button.
• Outdated furniture covered in visible stains.
On our first day, we raised this issue with reception. The staff could only show us two alternative apartments, also in the old wing, which suffered from the exact same severe deficiencies. Management stated that the new wing is fully booked and they have no appropriate rooms to offer us.
This is a clear case of gross misrepresentation and selling a product based on misleading visuals. We received a broken room that resembles a 2-star property.
The state of the room ruined our enjoyment of the trip, and we expect to be compensated for the deception and distress
