Două zile într-un loc de poveste
Pros:

Hotelul este elegant și rafinat, camera a fost încăpătoare și curată, am avut și halate și papuci de casă. Patul suplimentar a fost destul de comod. La sosire am fost conduși în cameră de un membru al personalului. Hotelul este amplasat aproape de faleză și de restaurante.

Cons:

Nu am avut aspecte care să nu ne placă, doar ușa de la baie se închidea ciudat, sau de fapt nu se închidea, dar asta în ansamblu aceasta este o problemă minoră.

Pros:

The location was excellent and the room itself was very good! A bit like a home away from home, with its kitchenette, fridge, separate room for the adults and a nice, roomy living room that served as the second bedroom for the kids. The shower was quite nice, too. The pool looked nice, though we didn't get to test it out, but what was really impressive was the breakfast! So much choice and excellent coffee, too.

Cons:

The beds for the kids weren't very comfortable and they could have provided a couple more duvets, not just blankets.

Frühstück reichhaltig. Zimmer modern ausgestattet, alles vor kurzem renoviert. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hotel-Bus-System (KNX-Schalter für Lichter bzw. Belegschaftanzeige) mit Touchfeld ist sehr bedienerfreundlich. Zimmer schauen nach Innenhof bzw. teilweise Meerblick. Zentrale Lage, Küste ca. 5 min entfernt, Hafen bzw. Shopmeile in der Nähe. Eigener Parkplatz wo man den Mietwagen abstellen kann.

Cons:

Der Innenpool ist erst ab 10 Uhr benutzbar, auch wenn man das Spa nicht nutzen möchte.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern
Pros:

Unmittelbar beim Betreten des Hotels waren wir begeistert, nicht nur vom gesamten Ambiente, sondern vor allem auch von dem sehr herzlichen Empfang an der Rezeption. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig und trotzdem nur wenige Schritte zum Meer und zur Promenade mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Das Frühstück war einfach nur fabelhaft. Nicht nur das sehr angenehme Ambiente im Frühstücksrestaurant und die sehr guten Mitarbeiter, sondern auch die Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen waren hervorragend. Die Premiumzimmer im Neubau sind sehr schick mit hochwertigem Interior und sehr leise schließenden Zimmertüren (eine Seltenheit inzwischen). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und super geschlafen. Der Parkplatz ist komfortabel. Gym und Spa sind von bester Qualität.
Unbedingt zu erwähnen sind die extrem freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen des Hotels. Wir haben uns wirklich als wertgeschätzter Gast gefühlt.

Cons:

Zugang zur Sauna nur per vollem Tagespass, selbst 1h vor Schließung. Hier könnte man ggf. einen reduzierten Preis anbieten, da kein voller Tag mehr genutzt. Das trübt aber keinesfalls den rundum perfekten Gesamteindruck des Hotels.

A GREAT HOTEL
Pros:

We have just returned home after another 2 weeks stay at this lovely hotel This was our 3rd visit and as previously experienced, the standards exceptional in every respect.
During our stay we spoke to a few other guests and all said they would be happy to return all said that the main reasons were the high standards of cleanliness which is in all areas of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff.
We stayed in a premium room with lovely sea views from the balcony. the room was kept spotlessly clean every day by Sarita and Sabrina the room maids, who worked very efficiently and who always had a smile and a few kind words when we saw them.
Thank you to Hari for his kindness and assistance with our baggage ,it was very much appreciated.
This hotel is top quality. The selection and choice at breakfast is amazing and the staff at breakfast are all very friendly and professional. Their attentional to detail is very noticeable.
We will return, hopefully and we would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone.
