Not bad on te whole but breakfast poor and food overcooked.
Pros:

The reception and check in staff were excellent but food not so good and breakfast was poor. Bed was comfortable but debris under the bed.

Cons:

The building was in good position and good for purpose.

Great location but it's more like a motel with a premium price.

Cons:

The room wasn't serviced for the duration of the 3 night stay. No change of towels or anything. Housekeeping came to the room at 4:55pm, we said can you come back in 5 mins and she said no she's finishing at 5. So the room wasn't cleaned, even though we had the sign up.
Bathroom was filthy marks on the wall, we both got stuck in the shower, the shower door was very stiff. Extremely dangerous for an older couple. No water in the room

Great location, cheap and cheerful
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff and the free grapefruit water was lovely.

Cons:

Bathroom as old and a bit tired. Needs new grouting and the enamel on the sink was worn.

It was excellent, loved the breakfast, loved how close it was to the city centre and nice/clean hotel

Nice and clean, really friendly staff and comfy beds

Cons:

One night we woke up with the fire alarm going off which woke me and my friend up in a jump. Other than that was a lovely stay, really nice and cosy beds, lovely staff

Liverpool great , will be back but probably not stay at the Leonardo
Pros:

Location , great view from our 6th floor room over the Mersey ..

Cons:

Car parking further away than suggested on website , some staff in breakfast area not helpful especially a supervisor and one was very rude to my wife and friend when asked a simple question.. bed and pillows not comfortable .

Cons:

Receptionist who checked us in as a group was very ignorant only checked us in too 2 of the 3 rooms ans couldn't give us a tike on 3rd room waiting over an hour before we heard anything back. Needs to do better 1

Really disappointed due to no sleep.

Great location

Cons:

I was in room 601. The bed is against the wall which backs on to the lifts for the hotel. I had no sleep for the entire night as the lifts were constantly moving. Causing vibration and making noise.
