Poor value for money. Shabby surroundings. Would not stay again

Pros:

We arrived after another accomodation had let us down at last minute, we saw the lovely Becca who was fabulous. Very friendly, calm and put us at ease. She listened and went out her way to make our experience a positive one. Thank you Becca, you are a credit to the hotel.

Lovely hotel and staff, but need to give customers the option of cash or card.
Pros:

The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating.

Cons:

The only downside was that we couldn’t use cash at the bar. The bar operated a card‑only payment system, which unfortunately discriminates against customers who do not use cards. As cash is legal tender and my preferred method of payment, we were unable to purchase any drinks during our stay, we had 8 people in out party staying at the hotel all except two using cash, not card. we had to go somewhere else.

Lovely hotel enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Lovely hotel Central to everything with easy access to Central Liverpool. Staff were fantastic, friendly and accommodating nothing too much trouble.

Cons:

Hotel was clean but room was in need of attention stains on carpets, bedding and curtains.

The hotel says they "provide services such as dry cleaning and laundry" but it is not true.
Pros:

The location is very suitable.

Cons:

1) The listing says the hotel "provides services such as dry cleaning and laundry". However, they do not provide laundry, only dry cleaning, so this is false information. This was a factor when we decided to book the hotel so it was hugely disappointing.
2) No fridge in room
3) No safe in room
I suggest potential guests find a better hotel in the area.
