Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione ottima
Pros:

L'albergo era pulito. La posizione era molto vicina al centro congressi e alle vie più iconiche di Liverpool

Perfect location and great value
Pros:

We had a small suite with a view towards Albert Dock. Great location and views. There was a large bedroom, good sized bathroom and nice sitting area. We were staying one night before boarding a cruise the next day and it was a great start to the holiday. The hotel is just a short distance from the cruise terminal and it took less than 5 minutes to move our car after checking out. I will certainly stay here again next time I'm in Liverpool.

Should’ve saved our money and gone to Travel Lodge at least you expect rubbish deal there

Hadn’t got our room ready for 3pm which is a late enough che k in time. Manager wasn’t that bothered. Just kept being told to come back. There was vomit I. The carpet that hadn’t been cleaned out properly

Definitely not a four star hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice. The room was ok

Cons:

The cleanliness of the whole hotel was not good. There was an old chicken leg bone on the floor in the breakfast area. My bathroom had lots of black hairs on the floor (I'm blond). The electric plug sockets in the room didn't work. I thought it was the plug I had, but when I got home the plug worked fine. Only one person (with no idea how to work behind a bar) working behind the bar.

Great would return
Pros:

Location was great, rooms all good and comfy bed

Cons:

Breakfast was okay but could of been better! But equally did have lots of options too
The shop was SO expensive £8 for a sandwich so was ridiculous so get food out or if you are out late etc go to a shop I would not recommend needing food in shop

Not the usual standard of Leonardo's
Pros:

The breakfast was good

Cons:

The cleanliness of the hotel wasn't very good. There was a chicken bone on the floor at breakfast time. No member of staff picked it up even though the passed it serval times.
There were black hairs all over the bathroom floor and a dirty towel.
