Pros:

Location on Albert dock was great. Close to city centre and also for bus stop to the airport.

Love Liverpool, Love Leonardos.
Pros:

Everything, we stay regularly, always in one of your super suites, it makes sense as I visit with my 90 year old Aunty, she’s from Liverpool and just loves returning.

Cons:

Nothing, only, as part of booking a suite you are given various vouchers for the duration of your stay, however the last couple of stays these have been difficult to obtain and when using them treated with suspicion by some members of staff. Anne on reception was extremely helpful and kindly sorted out one situation, when she was off duty I just paid for goods as I was so embarrassed, thank you Anne, wish you’d been on duty for the whole of our stay.

Will Definately go back good value for money. Breakfast was good too.

Excellent stay and will be returning
Pros:

The hotel was central to everything we needed, walking distance to most attractions. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Every member of staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful.
