Pros:

Location was great for us with the venue just a very short walk away and shops and bars not to far aswell

Cons:

It's not that I didn't like anything but I think more outdoor bins for cigarette buts and rubbish, but the area outside was clean and tidy at the time of our visit. Also could try and get a bit of discount off council for the parking.

Pros:

Staff & Location excellent.

Cons:

For an Executive Room, the carpet & headboard require replacement. Also, noise from outside with air-con units during the night.

The stay was good, peaceful and satisfactory but cleanliness can be improved
Pros:

The temperature of the room, the bath and a handy location

Cons:

The fact that a bottle of water cost £4 and the carpet was stained in several places. Also, the glasses at the bar were dirty

Lovely comfortable stay.
Pros:

Lovely comfortable bed, friendly staff, breakfast. We booked into this hotel after we refused to stay in an Vbro accommodation that we booked for 4 nights in Liverpool over the Grand National weekend. Lots of the other hotels were fully booked on the nights we stayed here and it cost us over £1,000 for the 4 nights b&b and my sister had to share the room with us as we couldn't afford 2 rooms, Lucky our room had a double bed and a single bed. We were lucky to get into this hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious, clean and breakfast was well cooked and hot. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Cons:

The price. But Hayho that's what the hotel was charging for these dates. Be well aware if you are going down to Liverpool for the Ladies Day and Grand National Day or going to any specific venue, hotels hike up the prices.
