Pros:

Good location! The staff was nice, but a little defensive when we had to switch the room because the a/c didn't work in the room we were originally assigned to. We generally enjoyed our stay in Liverpool very much. The hotel is right next to the bus stops for the Beatles tour and hop on/ hop off bus. Just FYI: No fridge in the room, no ice machine on the floor.

Convenient but wouldn’t recommend if looking for a nice stay.
Pros:

It was a convenient location as I was working at an event at the arena.

Cons:

The room was freezing and I had no control of the temperature, I had to call reception to ask them to amend it. The bed was really hard. The room service prices were extortionate. The layout of the bathroom was awkward and the tap didn’t get hot.

Very Easy to check in and the staff staff very nice and polite , easy to find you way around 😀

Nice location with parking discounted

Cons:

The evening or night staff was very rude and she did not seem able to cope with the pressure of 3 people at the desk.

The doors with the super fast locking locks 🔒 twice we could not get in our rooms

This has put me of booking for next weekend and now we have booked else where :(
