Pros:

Es mi hotel habitual cuando viajo por trabajo a kortrijk. Y esta vez ha sido decepcionante.

Cons:

Soy clienta habitual del hotel y por error pagué un día más de estancia cuando me lo podrían haber reembolsado sin problema. Pero no, a ellos solo les interesaba quedarse con los 120 euros del día que no pude disfrutar.

Estoy completamente decepcionada. Jamás volveré a recomendar este hotel..

Dejáis mucho que desear respecto al trato a "atención al cliente" LAMENTABLE..... PENOSO

Comfortabel op een top locatie
Pros:

Locatie en airco met meer dan 30 graden buiten.

Cons:

Je kan de auto niet dichtbij parkeren als er feesten zijn in het centrum. Deze wordt volledig afgesloten. Begrijpelijk, maar laat het je gasten weten dat ze een alternatief moeten zoeken tijdens deze festiviteiten.

Ideale locatie, parking vlakbij. Voor een korte nacht was het voldoende.

Het ontbijt werd niet aangevuld. Als je iets later dan 9u aan het ontbijt zat, waren bv de croissants op, yoghurt te weinig voor 2 personen, ei was koud, niet voldoende koffietassen,… Jammer!

Non c’era nemmeno un piccolo frigo in stanza, una bottiglia d’acqua omaggio all’arrivo sarebbe stata gradita.
Un giorno non sono state fatte le pulizie, immagino per errore.
