Goed hotel midden in het centrum
Pros:

Leuk hotel, midden in het centrum. Vlakbij parkeergarage die 's nachts afgesloten wordt.
Ruime kamer met koffie/thee faciliteiten. Fijne badkamer. Ruime keuze bij het ontbijtbuffet.

Room with heavy smell of cigarettes
Pros:

Location was very central

Cons:

They gave me non-smoking room that was heavily stinking of cigarettes and smoke and I could not change the room as they were fully booked. Also the trash can was containing garbage from the previous guests

Pros:

It was 2 blocks from the train station and was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

My only complaint was the street noise on a holiday night. I was grateful that they provided earplugs. We were there for 3 nights, and only 1 night was noisy due to the holiday.

Central location, near the train station

Cons:

The staff. The main receptionist got my debit card from me even when I already paid the booking online. I felt uncomfortable giving him my debit card. He had all sort of reasons why he needed my debit card. His assistant said, “She already paid using her debit card,” and pointed to the notice that the €150 deposit was if the client didn’t pay using the debit card. He gave back my debit card, but I saw him reprimand his assistant. She bent her head, taking his reprimands without speaking up. That assistant actually protected me and my debit card. I comment the assistant!! And please take note of my feedback about the main receptionist. Check Your CCTV and evaluate whether what he did was within your protocol. I told him, “I never gave my debit card to anyone. Please give it back to me.”
