16 years of changes
Pros:

The hotel overall is on par with a business class hotel. It has gone through updates and a lot of personnel changes during my 16-year history with it. One item has remained the same, and I always look forward to the experience - a conversation with Kristi. If you are fortunate enough to run into her at breakfast or downstairs, she's just the right emotional impact to start your day!

Location was great, overall building was clean, pool area was very nice . We stayed for 6 days. But had ask for the roo

It was close to downtown and beaches. Nice pool area

Cons:

The ac was broken, No ac in the lobby but worked in the rooms. we waited in the lobby for over an hour as the room was not ready untill after 5pm. The room was not cleaned unless we asked. Found a large roach in the bathroom on our last day. No outdoor seating. There was a table and couches, but it was a smoking lounge and had overflowing ashtrays and butts left around.

When we first arrived, the hotel was warm, humid, and stuffy. The a/c in the room did not seem to cool the room down the first night we were there.

Basic hotel room, Hilton could really stand to invest some funds for improvements. Disappointing.
Pros:

Loved that the marsh was right out front. Nice spot to walk the dog or just sit and enjoy the marsh life.

Cons:

The A/C in the lobby was not working. The room a/c did work so that was a relief. Elevators were very dirty. Almost all the ice machines were broken or little to no ice. Asked for extra pillows and there were none to be found.

This property needs attention
Pros:

we are loyal Hilton guest, but this property was an extreme disappointment. First of all, there is no ice to be had in the building. The is not a smart TV, to me that is unacceptable that we cannot stream our shows. The lobby area has no AC and plenty of gnats that made it impossible to enjoy breakfast. The room and the AC were comfortable, which is the only reason this score is not lower.

It’s okay but I don’t like it.

I like the bed, room, everything else is looks good.

Cons:

The water is keep on leaking after you taking a shower. Also, for the breakfast we have to pay and it’s $10. I’m like it’s free and I pay lots of money for that.

Always a stellar experience
Pros:

Always clean, exceptional customer service staff. One advantage to this hotel is the position of the outdoor pool means it is in the shade in the late afternoon and evening for a comfortable place to relax while the kids splash. In spite of the signage, people still seem to think this is a Hampton Inn and be advised there is no complimentary breakfast buffet. That actually makes early mornings in the dining area and lobby much less chaotic. See my tip regarding breakfast pricing.
