No way to flush the toilet or take a bath. It sucked.

Cons:

Roach on the floor when we woke up. Absolutely no running water. Staff did nothing to compensate me for not having running water. Just gave me some bottled water and said it’s not on our end. I paid $245 for a room with no water and they should have at least discounted the rate. Then the next morning they were gonna charge me $10 for a continental breakfast after I just had to use bottled water to brush my teeth and fix my hair.

Great location to base, my grandson graduate military boot camp

Cons:

The bathroom smelled bad when I arrived, like someone had diarrhea before I got there. The smell lasted my entire stay and made it very uncomfortable. , the elevator didn't work for a day, we had to take stairs to 3 Rd floor, toting packages, we ask them to replace the blanket on bed, it had stains on it, when first got there

Very Nice Inn
Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean. Excellent table and desk space, closet, microwave, coffee and refrigerator. Great pump bottles on walls for lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Nice extra sink shelves in bathroom. Great location to the town of Beaufort.

Cons:

The drain lid in room # 212 was off of the drain base. The lid and drain were nasty looking and black and rusty. They need to be replaced. Also, the tub faucet needs to be caulked where it joins the wall. The rest of the tub and accessories were very clean and nice.

Cons:

I would think that they would serve breakfast earlier than 6am , since they are so close to the parris island marine base and the graduations are on going and you have to get there very early to get in line for security.

Cons:

I went to get coffee prior to the 7am window for breakfast. I went up to look at the menu at the restaurant and the cook screamed at me. Stating they don't open till 7am. Which I knew. I just wanted to see the menu. I went back at 7:10am to grab something to eat prior to getting on the road to drive South. Was simple going to make a bagel and leave. Long drive ahead. The cook screamed at me again that there was a charge. When I checked in, the receptionist stated breakfast. Not once did she say there was a fee. Continental Breakfast $10. No bagel is worth $10!!!!

Pros:

Finally a place where the beds and pillows are amazing! Obviously the location even though I didn't get to enjoy the food nearby, but those restaurants are the best!

Cons:

The price tag did NOT match the outdated room. It wasn't even a busy weekend. I'm from there so I know that it is an older hotel but dang it is pricey. The pool was small and one family with 4 kids and 2 adults took up the whole pool.

Didn't get what I reserved
Pros:

Closeness to the Marine base.

Cons:

I reserved a king room because of medical issues I have, and was given a queen instead. Very upset that I reserved 2 rooms and ended up not needing the second one because we could have all fit in the one queen room. Waste of $550 because you couldn't give me the room I reserved almost 2 months in advance. Also there was black mold surrounding the thermostat on the wall, and water pressure is zero since the water dripped out of the shower head.

The hotel was conveniently located, clean and close to a good breakfast restaurant.
Pros:

The breakfast didn't have a lot of variety. We went to the restaurant across the parking lot.

Cons:

The only thing I would suggest is some kind of musty smell deodorizer for the air conditioner. I used my antiperspirant spray due to the fact there was a strong musty smell when the air conditioner came on.

The people and the facility was nice maybe outdated. Breakfast wasn't free even when I booked it it said it was it was $10 and the dinner menu was very expensive nothing below $19

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable very hard and the pillows were soft but didn't support our heads. My husband and 1 have back issues his cancer and mine spondylilothesis. We're almost crippled with pain.
