Pros:

The staff and representatives were just great. Helpful and cheerful. We had an issue with our room the first night. We simply mentioned to the front desk rep that we would like to move to another room for the remainder of our stay. We received a call while out on town from the manager, Ms Davis. She apologized profusely for the issue, which really was not the fault of the staff. By the time we returned to the hotel we were moved now only to a new room but to a suite! Thank you HGI Beaufort for a wonderful stay! We'll be back!

Exceptionally pleased with our stay.

Disappointed there was no breakfast other than a $15 buffet that wasn’t much of a buffet.

Worst Hotel we ever have been in!

TV reception poor, toilet didn't work. Ended up having to switch room.

Pros:

Worst hotel experience of my life. The general manager is a real piece of work. Front desk staff was horrible. I think Marlo was her name. The director of sales was up at the front desk at one point and she sucked too. Customer service is unheard of and the management team needs real work. Whoever owns this hotel obviously doesn’t care.
