Hilton Garden Inn Mobile West I-65/Airport Blvd

It is very nice coming back from work and there is such a fine reception and care. Sue as well as Raichelle and others make you feel right at home.

Everything was pretty good over all. Other than being woken up by housekeeping to see if we were gone yet, even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door and it was only 9:30 AM. Also, if you’re not going to have vending machines, make sure the market isn’t wiped out with almost nothing in it.

The staff is friendly and professional. Definitely close to the airport, which is always convenient.

Quiet, comfortable room to lay your head. Great breakfast as yogurt, berries, and nuts. just make sure the previous person hasn't set the alarm clock! All the staff was very accommodating and professional. Easy access right off of I 65 in Mobile.

Taylor greeted my team with a fun, energetic, and welcoming attitude. She was friendly, cheerful, and made the whole check-in experience enjoyable.

The girl at the front desk was incredibly attentive and friendly, and very helpful with everything I needed.
If I owned a hotel, I would definitely hire her!
As for the hotel, the rooms are very clean and tidy, and something very important to me is that the air conditioning works very well.

My experience was really excellent, and shout out to Taylor. She was so awesome assisting with swapping my room when it had a problem with drainage.

I’ve tried to write this review like 4 times but Taylor & Madisen are amazing, they always go above and beyond to Make sure I get My favorite rooms, get my wake up calls and get my extra coffees every time I check In and I’m always greeted like I’m part of the family ! They rock! Give them a raise !

Stayed one night at Hilton Garden Mobile — overall a great experience. The young lady who checked me in was wonderful (I wish I remembered her name) and made the process quick and pleasant. My room was very peaceful and comfortable; the decor felt a bit dated, but it didn’t take away from a relaxing stay. Would definitely return.

I stay at a lot of hotels with the company I work for (lots of over night travel) so it’s always a hit or miss with hotels but this staff was AWESOME. All my interactions with 6-7 different staff were very pleasant and courteous. They had a great menu and the food was prepared perfectly ( I had the ribeye steak, cheeseburger and even the French fries were perfectly cooked (not hard and greasy) and seasoned to perfection. I will definitely be staying at the location when I’m back in Mobile AL. Definitely 5 star service:) Thank you Hilton.

Had a wonderful stay for Mardi Gras. The room was comfortable and the staff was very professional and courteous. The location was so convenient to 1-65 and a variety of restaurants
