Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Close to downtown and VU. Good options for breakfast. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Always helpful to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash/soap available for travelers

Cons:

It could use a refresh of carpets and mattresses were a bit springy.

Great Stay - Attentive and Caring Staff, 5 Stars Plus
Pros:

I am currently staying at the Country Inn and Suites for work - I am so grateful I am in this hotel! The staff are attentive and friendly, housekeeping actually checks on you and was so polite and caring, and the hotel is SO CLEAN - I am beyond happy with my stay and I will definitely stay here again. If anything could be improved, a better mattress would be nice, but I am used to memory foam at home so that’s just me being picky.

Value okay. Right by a rotary so traffic. And a train noise in the night.
