Holiday Inn Express and Suites Greenville by IHG

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When you check in, you're given a lecture about the brown water and how it is just fine and offered bottled water for drinking. There was a very scary individual that followed my daughter and I up and down the hallway. The emergency stairwell was padlocked (hope there isn't a fire), and the room we had been given after having driven 16 hrs smelled as if an alleyway full of stray cats had urinated everywhere. Tired as I was, we left and pushed on further into the night. I couldn't even get my money back for this nearly $200 room that I wouldn't have paid $20 to stay in. Dirty, scary, smelly, disgrace. Greenville made quite the mark on our trip - in a bad way.

The front desk clerk named Tequila (may not have the correct spelling) is AMAZING!!! Super nice, very friendly, makes you feel at home. Greenville MS Holiday Inn Express you have a great employee.

Staff was friendly, but cleaning details were to standard in the room's bathroom especially.

Check in was delayed 2 1/2 hours because of computer issues

Breakfast was fresh. House keeping came in and put new towels out. But they just threw the cover on the bed. The bathroom was not clean at all.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It appeared that much of the place had been renovated or updated nicely but maintenance was lacking. Bathroom floor grout and caulking was gross, tub stained and water ran constantly, and floors needed vacuumed much better especially in corners. A maintenance man walked straight into our room without knocking to check on something we had not reported.

The room was great!!! I have no complaints. Very happy with my stay there. Looking forward to returning soon.

Peaceful stay a long week of working you need a place to relax. I find it this hotel chain is very peaceful quiet very clean rooms. Excellent host receptionist. Everyone is friendly when I’m in town. I always stay here.

The staff was nice. I didn’t understand why it took so long for me to get my deposit back.

The breakfast was excellent, and the coffee was always fresh.

I had a good experience overall the staff was very nice helpful. It's located in a really good place. Easy accessible to different food venues in the middle of everything I loved it the only thing I had a problem with was the bathroom the toilet was nasty I had to go downstairs and ask the young lady for something to clean it with in order for me to really enjoy my stay with the clean toilet. The breakfast was commendable I liked everything about it it was not substandard I loved it. And the overall staff was phenomenal just wonderful group of people

I’ll remember to book Holiday Inn Express the next time I’m in Greenville MS. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Southern hospitality.

Property needs some TLC in the rooms and mattress upgrades.

The property is well used but still clean and functional..The best part was the excellent and very friendly staff.

Requesting refund. They are still billing me. Could not stay there more than one night. Smelled of mold. Saw mold on furniture. Window shades glued shut. Refrigerator not cold. That was the best room they had after showing me 3. Iron ruined my clothes. I’ve machine dirty. Smelled. I finally just stopped taking pics.👎👎👎👎
