Comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

We left some clothes in our room. The hotel acted promptly and efficiently to send them to our next destination. It was really impressive how they not only had a simple system for doing this, but that the clothes arrived, as predicted, Montreal to Quebec, in just two days.

Cons:

Room service only has food from their Thai Restaurant - clearly they were not interested. I mean, how about a burger or a coffee? No can do. Bit low class for such an expensive place.

Pros:

Super clean and big room with 2 king size beds for 4 adults. Fast lifts. Very handy to many eateries and attractions. Big bus main office short 10min walk away from where bus starts. We were on 10th floor. Quiet and couldn't hear other guests

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer welches geräumig genug für uns 4 war. Personal freundlich, Late check out möglich. Einzig der versprochene Anruf, sollte das Zimmer früher verfügbar sein erfolgte nie.

Cons:

Die Klima war doch recht laut und die Steuerung etwas mühsam. Konnten nur voll aufdrehen oder abdrehen. Dazwischen gibt es keine Auswahl. Der Pool ist sehr seicht und das Wasser zwar sauber aber nicht so richtig klar.

Hoping the Warwick will consider replacing rigs with wood or new riugs at least.

The rugs are not feeling clean anymore. We have been coming here since it opened. It doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel anymore. It’s feeling like a 4 star.
