Hotel bello storico consigliato
Pros:

Struttura storica, molto bella. Stanza molto spaziosa e pulita, ottima posizione. Bella piscina.

Cons:

L’unico ulteriore aspetto da segnalare riguarda l’accoglienza all’ingresso. In una struttura di questo livello ci saremmo aspettati maggiore attenzione verso gli ospiti: nel vedere una famiglia con valigie, bambini o passeggini, sarebbe stato opportuno offrire assistenza o almeno tenere aperta la porta, soprattutto in una situazione di evidente difficoltà.
E mi riferisco praticamente ad ogni singola volta in cui siamo giunti in Hotel.
Non si tratta di un servizio aggiuntivo, ma di semplici attenzioni che incidono sulla qualità complessiva dell’accoglienza e del soggiorno.

La habitación es amplia y el baño también. El personal que te recibe con el coche y se encarga del equipaje muy amables!

Cons:

Aunque tiene cocina, no tiene menaje para cocinar ni bolsas de basura o jabón con esponja para lavar.

Pros:

La ubicación y las instalaciones!!!

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza. varias veces reclamamos toallas, el sillón cama no estaba preparado para la familia y alguna vez se reclamó la limpieza en el cuarto. Nada grave pero estos detalles no deberían suceder en este tipo de alojamiento.

Jacuzzi très agréable en étage supérieur, à essayer !

Cons:

Le personnel parfois pas au niveau d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, notamment quand il s'agit de simplement saluer les clients de l'hôtel.

Emplacement idéal.
Pros:

Établissement très bien situé. En plein cœur de Montréal. Pas du tout bruyant.

Cons:

Un gros problème absolument tous les jours pour avoir le bon nombre de serviettes! Nous étions 4 et nous avions tous les jours soit 2 ou 3 serviettes… Nous nous sommes plaints plusieurs fois à la réception, à chaque fois le problème a été résolu mais le lendemain rebelotte… La situation était assez énervante et absolument pas digne d’un 5 étoiles. À part ce souci récurrent, le séjour était très agréable.

Habitación amplia y limpia. Instalaciones comunes muy buenas (piscina, sauna, spa, hot tub al descubierto). Localización cercana a oficinas y zonas comerciales.
