Un établissement qui mérite d y revenir avec un personnel très accueillant et la propreté des lieux et de la piscine. Un restaurant à côté où le personnel est très sympathique et la qualité des repas excellents !

Overall very good for a 5 star, but would like to see complimentary water in the rooms.
Pros:

the valet guys were very nice and helpful and the woman at the front desk was also very helpful.

Cons:

We think there should be complimentary bottled water in the room. There is water but it is listed in the menu as one of the bar items with a charge. Also, they do not have anyone opening the doors and they are actually quite heavy.

Pros:

The staff (Jorel & Ariel), the big comfy hotel room, the location, the gym, the pool, the SIAM restaurant… and again, the staff!!! From the valet, to the front desk, to the concierge and the restaurant staff, our stay was PERFECT in every way. We will be back!
