Bien localisé, facilement accessible, personnel courtois et l’endroit est très propre.

Cons:

Le côté bar ferme trop tôt. Après un match (29 janvier 2026), arriver à 10:15 et se faire dire: je ramasse mon stock tu peux avoir une bière mais rien d’autre car je ferme à 11:00 cela ne fais pas de sens. Tu fermes à 11:00 bien sert ta clientèle jusqu’à 11:00 comme partout ailleurs. Manqué de jugement et ça fais deux fois que cela m’arrive à cet endroit. La serveuse au Novotel à côté nous a accueilli gentiment et nous a servi jusqu’à 11:00 elle.

Very nice rooms and excellent on-site restaurant – but very disappointing that the pool was closed.

The room and restaurant were amazing.

Cons:

I specifically booked the hotel for the pool, but was told when I arrived that the pool was closed. I chose this hotel instead of the hotels recommended by local friends that were significantly cheaper because I preferred to stay in a hotel with a pool because swimming is my main way to exercise, and I was travelling internationally from Europe, so I knew I needed to work out daily. I ended up changing hotels after two nights because of this. The listing on Booking said nothing about the pool being closed; when I booked, I received a message saying the hot tub was closed – nothing about the pool. This was a major disappointment after arriving after a 10-hour flight.

The location worked for us.

Cons:

We had an accessible room. Which is ok although we did not request it. The shower was nowhere near hot enough. And the water that ended up on the floor due to the accessible shower was a lot even with towels down. Made it very unsafe and slippery.
