I highly recommend this hôtel for a stay in Venice
Pros:

The hotel is ideally located, in a quiet neighbirhood close to the shuttles that for to the airport.
The staff were extremely kind , the breakfast was generous, and the hotel offered food and drinks throughout the day

Cons:

Some minor damage in the room (misaligned toilet, damaged bathtub etc… )

An ok stay
Pros:

A warm and friendly hotel. A stone’s throw from the main thoroughfare, but in a nice and quiet area. The room was good with all amenities. At night the room was very quiet helping with a good night’s rest. We had a problem with the door key not working during our stay which was promptly sorted. The only downside was the lumpy pillows and lack of water to be able to use the coffee machine. The free coffee and sweet treats are a nice touch every afternoon.

Pros:

La grande suite est parfaite pour une famille. très haute hauteur sous plafond, très agréable, balcon avec vue sur le canal.
Bien situé à 5 min à pied du Rialto et 3 min du vaporetto et du grand canal.

Soggiorno comfort in centro a Venezia
Pros:

Posizione ottima, centrale ma non in mezzo al marasma, colazione varia e curata, camere ampie e ben tenute. Igiene ottima e set da camera di buona qualità.

Cons:

Il minimo sarebbe offire ogni notte una bottiglietta d'acqua. Per essere a Venezia in un 4 stelle lo davo per scontato.

Ottimo hotel, comodo per famiglie
Pros:

La posizione è eccellente: facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione, ma situata in una zona tranquilla, ideale per riposare in totale relax.

Cons:

All’ora di punta della colazione, intorno alle 9:00, la sala è piuttosto affollata. È necessario attendere che altri ospiti liberino il tavolo prima di potersi sedere.

Pros:

The location was off the beaten track, quiet, and easy to get to in Cannaregio region. It is so easy to walk around everywhere anyway, but personally, a great location to stay, and getting a water taxi to the hotel was easy. Loved it.

Cons:

The bathroom in the room was very tired. We found the mattress was too firm for our preference and so our sleep wasn’t great. The breakfast had variety but options remained the same daily and not worth the amount charged, personally. On arrival no concierge. No bar. Water given in room insufficient and wasn’t topped up daily which was a small thing!
