Well-located and well priced option on the Amalfi coast
Pros:

Located in the center of Marina del Cantone with sea views. Staff were very nice. Good breakfast. Overall good value for money.

Cons:

Hotel lacks amenities consistent with 4 star hotels such as reserved beach area and compulsory charge to use the roof top pool area. Gym was inadequate with poorly maintained equipment and no water/towels. Rooms were comfortable but very basic.

Sono perplesso.
Pros:

La posizione è sicuramente importante. Il personale è molto cortese. Lo vorrei sottolineare. Il quarto piano con il ristorante panoramico e la piccola piscina è certamente gradevole come l'atmosfera che viene creata. La Spa anche con qualche limite di cui parleremo dopo è abbastanza accogliente. Gli interni salvo quel che si dirà dell' esperienza di camera, sono ben curati. La colazione è buona ma in un quattro stelle europeo è certamente migliore.

Cons:

Tutti i servizi aggiuntivi dal garage, alla piscina molto piccola, alla spa senza massaggi, sono a pagamento, per cui alla fine ritengo che i costi siano molto superiori a quello che realmente ti viene offerto e siano eccessivi . È importante verificare con cura perché alla fine per un soggiorno di due giorni ti trovi a pagare di più di quel che pensi. La stanza era spaziosa ma affacciava su un muro con erbacce. Ha dato sulle prime l'impressione di essere pulita ma vi erano le formiche nel bagno. Mi sono accorto che tale doglianza è stata espressa anche da qualche altro ospite. Il frigobar non era particolarmente fornito (due birre, due coca, due acque) e insieme alla dotazione di camera non appariva consona a un 4 stelle. . Una parte dello scarico del water non funzionava. Bisognava spegnere l'interruttore del quadro elettrico per spegnere il condizionatore di notte che non si regolava autonomamente. Il bollitore del caffè di cortesia lo abbiamo dovuto mettere per terra perché la spina non si adattava nella presa deputata. Ho chiesto poi un riduttore al personale. Il ristorante non ha eccelso per particolare qualità tanto è vero che il secondo giorno del soggiorno abbiamo optato per una soluzione diversa. Il percorso Spa è personale ( in questo caso eravamo una coppia) ma al di là del fatto che non si potevano fare massaggi ( cmq per due ore e due persone si paga 150 euro) ci si perdeva in piccolezze. I profumatori vuoti, candele spente. Qualche getto idromassaggio non funzionante. La piscina è piccolissima e non sorvegliata e un ragazzo tedesco si lavava i sandali! Le basi degli ombrelloni arrugginite...per quel che chiedono e per le 4 stelle non va bene...e riterrei doveroso segnalarlo...

Pros:

Very disappointed with this hotel. Was very friendly and helpful up to the point where we arrived. They charge for 20 euros per person for using the hotel pool, they advertise that they have a gym when it was 3 cardio machines and some dumbells in a non air-conditioned open terrace, they charged us for an extra day when we only needed a few hrs late check out, they didn't help with our airport transfer back even though they claim to have airport transfer. The breakfast was mediocre at best. I would not stay there again.
