I didn't like anything, very poor breakfast
The location of the hotel isn't great as it's an hours bus from Sorrento. Once you are there it's very difficult/time consuming to leave. The noise traveling from other rooms is dreadful and you can hear the terrace from your room all night.
Upon checking out early as the hotel is not a 4 star hotel as advertised we still have to pay city taxes even though leaving 4 nights early.
I was over charged to park a car compared to the WhatsApp message I received days prior.

Hotel excepcional frente al mar
This property was the only place along the Amalfi Coast that felt personal, friendly, and professional. We stayed in September '25 for two nights and it was the most relaxing two of our trip in southern Italy. We ate meals at the roof restaurant, spent an afternoon by the pool, and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Parking was, of course, expensive, but the hotel handled it professionally and found us a spot that fit our Audi A5, a pretty large car for that area.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were all engaging and made us feel welcomed and at home. Every one of them went out of their way to make our stay special. The location was spot on, and the view was absolutely amazing couldnt fault it. I would 100% come back and stay again. It was not flooded with tourists, which made it feel like we were in an exclusive piece of the Amalfi coast. The people were all so friendly and the food was amazing. The tiramisu was the best I had a show piece.
