Posizione e piscina, buona cucina (ma carissima per il livello) e alcuni (camerieri) dello staff

Cons:

Receptionist uomo turno diurno, tende corte che fanno entrare luce dalle 5 del mattino, invece che avere prezzi convenzionati al ristorante del Resort (dove si mangia bene) ma 5 € acqua e 5 € il coperto (prezzi altissimi per il livello), 15€ al giorno a bicicletta (in altre strutture 5/7 massimo 10€, 15 è il record.
4stella Lusso ma il lusso davvero non si percepisce.
Colazione da 3 massimo da 4 stelle non da 4L.
Complessivamente abbastanza deludente. Convenzione con bagno Primavera (caro in modo impressionante) prezzi da Forte dei Marmi non da Marina di Pietrasanta.

Tutto perfetto!
Pros:

Hotel situato in ottima posizione vicino al centro del Tonfano, ma allo stesso tempo in zona tranquilla e silenziosa.
Staff gentilissimo sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni tua esigenza.

В целом все прошло неплохо, комфортно, но без изюминки!

Тихое симпатичное место, белоснежный отель, доброжелательный персонал, удобная кровать( перестала болеть спина)

Cons:

Очень маленькие комнаты, в нашем номере был вырван с корнем сейф( бери и уноси, как говорится), но сделали сразу при обращении ( хотя и так понятно, что надо было это сделать до заезда гостей). Завтрак однообразный до безобразия! Хоть бы глазунью делали что ли( для 4 звёзд это по умолчании!) Официанты неактивные: пока сам не спросишь, ничего не предлагают. Был лишь один прекрасный официант Даниэле, он сделал наш отдых замечательным👏👏👏

Pros:

La struttura si presenta moderna e curata. La camera era molto pulita e ben arredata, anche se le dimensioni risultano piuttosto contenute.
Ho apprezzato particolarmente la qualità del cibo al ristorante, con piatti ben preparati e di ottimo livello. Ritengo però che il servizio possa essere migliorato: in alcune occasioni ho percepito poca attenzione verso il cliente e un approccio non sempre proattivo. Anche in sala il servizio è apparso talvolta poco coinvolto, in particolare nella gestione dell’accoglienza.
Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole, ma una maggiore attenzione all’ospitalità e al rapporto con gli ospiti contribuirebbe a valorizzare ulteriormente la struttura.

Pros:

Ho apprezzato tanto la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale della struttura. Vista la bassa stagione, ci hanno fatto un upgrade della camera, assegnandocene una con il balcone.
La struttura è stata ristrutturata da poco e si vede la cura dei dettagli sia nello stile sia nella pulizia.
La cucina è ottima.
E la SPA è la ciliegina sulla torta. Ben fornita. Perfetta per rilassarsi.
Abbiamo provato anche dei trattamenti e siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti. Molto professionali e preparati.
