Well overpriced. Needs a good refurbishment. Not impressed overall
Pros:

Staff were lovely to be fair, comfortable beds and rooms were serviced well.

They did provide a kettle when requested and there was a fridge in the room.

Cons:

One issue is the fact that they turn off the tea/coffee machines for lunch and dinner. And you can't even order a tea from the waiter. Only way was to leave the buffet altogether and go out to the bar. My mum was quite put out by this as she enjoys a cup of tea with her dinner.

The food was just okay. Better off just eating out to be honest. Lovely restaurant across the road.

Pool looked awful, not in anyway as nice as the photos.

You had to pay extra for the safe, and you had to pay 18e per day just to use the indoor pool gym and jacuzzi. Unbelievably bad

Hotel was lovley and clean staff very friendly nd welcoming, room was clean, only down side would be if u liked a coffee or tea in the room u can’t as there’s a kettle but no cups tea bags etc! The food was lovley always something to have and always fresh

El baño que estaba reformado

Cons:

La rejilla de la salida del aire debería ser blanca pero con la suciedad que tenía era negra.
La mesa tenía motas blancas desconociendo cuál podría ser ese material. Por lo tanto la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia y la noche de habitación salió por 190€ euros con desayuno incluido, del buffet no nos podemos quejar . Tiene servicio de spa pero se tiene que pagar 20€ por persona

Hotel was ok not what I would class as luxurious mattresses are perfect if you don’t want any comfort

Was very nice . If had choice between port Benidorm , Helios, ambassador I would not chose here mainly the swimming pool

Entertainment was good, rest was disappointing
Pros:

Entertainment was excellent and Alba was a great host. The location was great with good transport links.

Cons:

Having to pay for a safe key on an "all-inclusive" package. The floor in the room was not very clean and the furnishing was tired and showing wear. The building in general shows wear and tiredness.
