El baño que estaba reformado

Cons:

La rejilla de la salida del aire debería ser blanca pero con la suciedad que tenía era negra.
La mesa tenía motas blancas desconociendo cuál podría ser ese material. Por lo tanto la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia y la noche de habitación salió por 190€ euros con desayuno incluido, del buffet no nos podemos quejar . Tiene servicio de spa pero se tiene que pagar 20€ por persona

Esperaba encontrarme con piscina climatizada, resultó estar anexa al spa. A mi parecer no está cualificado para tener 4 estrellas.

Hotel was ok not what I would class as luxurious mattresses are perfect if you don’t want any comfort

Nice hotel a few improvements would put in on par with others.

Great beds. Good food. Good location.

Cons:

No tea or coffee in the room. The entertainment is poor and the function room looks like a 70s community centre that needs a serious revamp

Food was amazing , drinks very nice and no wait . Room
Was very nice . If had choice between port Benidorm , Helios, ambassador I would not chose here mainly the swimming pool

Entertainment was good, rest was disappointing
Pros:

Entertainment was excellent and Alba was a great host. The location was great with good transport links.

Cons:

Having to pay for a safe key on an "all-inclusive" package. The floor in the room was not very clean and the furnishing was tired and showing wear. The building in general shows wear and tiredness.

Great location in the heart of Benidorm. A cost effective all inclusive holiday.
Pros:

Great location, friendly bar staff, restaurant was well run with lots of helpful staff for drinks orders etc.

Cons:

Unpleasant reception staff, food choices were repetitive and limited, could have been better entertainment during the day and in the evenings, small pool area and was difficult getting sun loungers with parasols, room was not cleaned thoroughly each day however fresh towels etc were left daily, air conditioning in the room was very poor and noise travelled through the hotel until about 2am each night.
