Nous avons dû payer un supplément de 20 € par chambre pour avoir demandé des lits jumeaux, qui finalement n'étaient même pas séparés...
Situé près du centre ville, j'ai connu cet hôtel en 2006 , nous sommes toujours bien accueillis!

Établissement conforme au descriptif, a 20 mn à pied de la grand place. Personnel très sympathique.
Attention, toutes les chambres ne sont pas climatisées.
The room was clean and comfortable. The entrance to the hotel needs a brush-up. But don’t judge a book by its cover - once you get through the door, everything is good!
De locatie.
Zeer teleurstellend. Voor €150 per nacht verwacht je een schone en verzorgde kamer, maar dat was absoluut niet het geval. Er zat schimmel in de douche, de douchekop zat vol kalkaanslag, het toilet was vies met bruine vlekken en de kamer was duidelijk niet goed schoongemaakt. Zelfs de verwarming was met plakband aan elkaar bevestigd.
Daarnaast was ons een kamer met airco toegezegd toen we een week eerder betaalden. Bij het inchecken bleek die ineens niet meer beschikbaar omdat het hotel volgeboekt was. We kregen alleen een slecht werkende ventilator, waardoor het tijdens de hitte opliep tot 42 graden op de kamer. We hebben nauwelijks geslapen.
Goede locatie, maar verder absoluut geen €150 per nacht waard.

La nostra camera non era dotata di aria condizionata e nel giorni del ns pernotto a Bruxelles era caldissimo.
Bei über 30 Grad war die Bettdecke. Sehr winterlich warm, aber trotz der Air Condition im Zimmer alles gut. Bett, Kopfkissen, alles sehr bequem. Frühstück sehr gut und genügend. Zimmer ruhig, toll gelegen, sehr sauber.
Alles gut, Alles hat mir gefallen.
