Alle anderen Bewertungen sind uninteressant, da wir hier vorsätzlich betrogen wurden. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht. Wie hatten eingecheckt und es war nur ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Daraufhin bin ich zur Rezeption gegangen und habe darauf hingewiesen. Der Mann an der Rezeption sagte mir daraufhin, obwohl ich ihm die Buchung gezeigt hatte, das wir nur 2 Personen sind und wir deswegen das Zimmer nicht bekommen. Auch die Differenz als Rückzahlung hat er verweigert.
Das ist Betrug.
So etwas ist mir bei meinen vielen Buchungen noch nie passiert.
Eine bodenlose Frechheit.

Apesar de alguns contratempos, a escolha deste hotel foi uma boa escolha para o que queríamos
Pros:

Quartos com dimensão razoável arranjados, limpos e boas camas.
Logo quando fomos fazer o check-in, avisaram-nos que ia faltar água num dos dias, devido à manutenção.
Nós viajamos de carro, e foi possível deixar o carro no parque, por 20€/dia. Apesar de à volta parecer existir sempre lugares, valeu a pena, estar num parque mais restrito, e também especialmente que em Madrid, é preciso ter cuidado com o tipo de carro com que se anda.
Apesar do hotel ser longe do centro, tem uma estação de autocarro (é a 1ª paragem da linha 150), que leva até às Portas do Sol (a última paragem da linha 150). O trajeto demora cerca de 1 hora em hora de ponta, e 30 minutos fora dela. Este autocarro só existe até às 22:45, depois disso existe um outro autocarro nocturno, que tem origem e destino semelhante, que é o autocarro N1, e que funciona durante a noite. Cada viagem por pessoa é 1,5€.
Em transportes públicos, é a melhor opção. Metro não é uma opção viável, fica mais caro e demora mais tempo.
O pequeno-almoço é o adequado, com alguma variedade.
Os funcionários, sempre foram simpáticos e atenciosos.
No último dia, os elevadores avariaram, mas prontamente foram colocados em serviço novamente.
Nós somos uma família de 5, e foi possível, conseguirmos reservar quartos comunicantes, mas estranhamente essa opção só nos apareceu no booking como Quarto Familiar Superior.

Cons:

Apesar de nos terem avisado, a altura de escolheram para fazerem a manutenção não podia ter sido pior. Era o dia do checkout, e para nós um corte do serviço de água das 8:00 AM até às 12:00 PM estava longe de ser o ideal. Acabou por não existir um corte total, mas na realidade começamos a ter problemas com a água a partir das 07:00 AM.
Sendo um serviço essencial, pensei que o Hotel, fizesse algum tipo de atenção, tal não foi o caso.
No pequeno-almoço, o ovos podiam ser frescos(eram ovos mexidos de pacote), bem como parte da fruta era de lata.
