For a four star property,it didn’t have anything provided in the room , no hot kettle no coffee/tea sachets , no toiletries, and above all the Aircon didn’t work ,
Alle anderen Bewertungen sind uninteressant, da wir hier vorsätzlich betrogen wurden. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht. Wie hatten eingecheckt und es war nur ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Daraufhin bin ich zur Rezeption gegangen und habe darauf hingewiesen. Der Mann an der Rezeption sagte mir daraufhin, obwohl ich ihm die Buchung gezeigt hatte, das wir nur 2 Personen sind und wir deswegen das Zimmer nicht bekommen. Auch die Differenz als Rückzahlung hat er verweigert.
Das ist Betrug.
So etwas ist mir bei meinen vielen Buchungen noch nie passiert.
Eine bodenlose Frechheit.
Lo que más nos gustó fue la amabilidad y la profesionalidad tanto del personal de recepción, como del personal de cafetería/restaurante. También nos encantó la habitación, muy amplia, muy bien equipada y súperconfortable.
Sin duda repetiremos en cada una de nuestras escapadas a Madrid capital.
Nos gustó absolutamente todo, no hay nada de este hotel que nos disgustara.
