Ottimo hotel, consigliato
Pros:

Hotel 4 stelle informale con personale gentile, camere pulite, colazione internazionale ottima con salato, dolce e alcuni prodotti locali.
Sono arrivato prima del check in e mi hanno dato la camera prima, gentilezza non avuta su altre strutture.
Non centrale ma facilmente raggiungibile con le fermate dell’autobus di fronte l’hotel, metropolitana e treno a 6 minuti a piedi.
Aeroporto facilmente raggiungibile con 2 fermate di treno o metro.
Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, nell’hotel ristorante con cucina semplice ma buona ed a buon prezzo.

Ужасный опыт, хорошо что на одну ночь

Месторасположение в пешей доступности от визового центра UK.
Больше не чего сказать положительного.

Cons:

В номере при заселении двух человек, о чём было уведомлено заранее при бронировании, предоставили одну зубную щётку. Да, её не обязаны предоставлять, и в некоторых странах третьего мира это вообще не делают, но одна на двоих — это что, шутка?

Я заказывал номер с ванной. Да, ванна была, но без пробки — то есть принять ванну после дождливого дня было невозможно. После того как я попросил горничную принести мне тапочки и уточнил, почему нет пробки для слива, она сказала, что я должен взять её на рецепции )))
Вода в ванной не сливается нормально в итоге по косточки стоишь в воде которая не понятно, то ли не сливается то ли поднимается с канализации.
Это первый раз в моей практике такое.

Мебель вся ободранная, номер побитый и поломанный. Дверь в ванную комнату — моя жена не смогла ни открыть, ни закрыть: дверь перекошена и постоянно заклинивала.

При заселении можно было бы предоставить хотя бы пару бутылок самой дешёвой воды, но нет — только мини-бар, где вода по 2,5 евро за бутылку 0,5 литра.
Сам мини-бар очень скудный: пара бутылок воды, кола, пиво — и всё.
Номер жутко прокуренный. После заселения я закрыл окна, и запах стоял всё время.

Завтрак. Попросил сделать яичницу из двух яиц — в итоге принесли яйца, зажаренные в каком-то диком количестве жира: переваренные, пропитанные жиром и пережаренные.

Итог: отель 4*, не самый дешёвый в Мадриде, но не тянет даже на 3*.

Очень рад, что мне нужно было остановиться только на одну ночь.

Pros:

El lugar ha cambiado de dueño pero a pesar de ello el desayuno es excelente.
Cama amplia
Televisión que funciona perfectamente

Cons:

La cama no era muy comoda, hacia ruido al sentarte sonaban los muelles.
La limpieza muy mejorable, rincones, ducha y puertas que limpiar a profundidad.
El mando de ducha tenia roto el regulador de temperatura, te quemabas o te congelabas.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba cuando lo configuras, pasé frío.
La puerta del wc cierra pero no completamente.
Los interruptores de la luz están amarillentos, muebles para cambiar y toallas las justas.
