Pros:

If you want a quiet, peaceful, relaxing holiday, this is not the place for you. If you want a beautiful resort with endless extremely loud (terrible) “entertainment” then this is exactly the place for you. Booming Euro music, really loud entertainers and rooms where you can hear the people in the next room sneeze, cough, talk, laugh and hesr every door close - there is absolutely no sound proofing.The resort itself is for families although all ages were there. There is a loud pool and a “quiet” pool. It isn’t quiet at all. I would like to say, the STAFF are lovely.

Cons:

Probably the worst bit was how loud the rooms are. When you have people on each side of you, below and above you, that’s a lot of noise to contend with.

Trotz großer Anlage ruhig. Beim check-in bekamen wir trotz Buchung für Übernachtung mit Frühstück ein Upgrade auf all-inclusive. Einfach so...top! Tennis, Gym, Beachvolleyball für unsere Jungs prima. Ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Wer selbst Mahlzeiten zubereiten muss/möchte, sollte mit der kleinen Küche gut zurecht kommen. Tiefkühlfach vorhanden!

Cons:

Essen sehr auf britische Reisende ausgerichtet, Frühstück deshalb für uns etwas schwierig/eintönig. Sehr viel Frittiertes/Gebratenes, uns hat mehr Frisches gefehlt. Geräuschpegel im Hauptrestaurant unangenehm hoch. Im Verandabereich viel angenehmer.

Lo mejor ha sido la amabilidad del personal, muy atentos. El gimnasio es está muy bien y en la cocina se esfuerzan en preparar comida variada, está
buena. La instalaciones también están muy bien.

Cons:

La mayoría de la clientela es extranjera, por lo que muchas actividades y servicios están pensados para ellos. Nos hubiera gustado que en la habitación hubiera habido estropajos y/o jabón para poder limpiar platos y demás o por ejemplo sal. Te ves obligado a comprar todo para unos pocos días.

Personal muy amable y disponible.

Cons:

Hotel para renovar siendo 4 estrellas, bufet escaso y de regular calidad. Hay cucharachas en la habitación y las soluciones propuestas no fueron efectivas, 3 cucarachas en 3 noches que estuvimos.

Xmas week 2025
Pros:

Fab location across the road beautiful beach. Very close to shops walking distance. Local bus stop outside hotel. Great for kids fam singles aswell .Great entertainment every night and activities during the day. Food was really good we went xmas week and they could not do enough for us made xmas very special. Mum came with us, and they gave us an upgrade as she is 91 and needed a ground floor suite.
I would go back again. I loved our stay ...the staff were fab big up animation team and the chiefs 👏 👌
