Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy:
Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property.

The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.

Florenz ist eine Reise wert, beim nächsten mal bevozugen wir ein Hotel in Zentrumsnähe.
Pros:

Die Ruhe, da das Hotel in einem Wohnquartier liegt. Es hab Jaulusinen die man runter lassen konnte. Das faden wir sehr angenehmen. Es gab einen täglichen Shuttlebus ins Zentrum der kostenlos war.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption die bei unserer Ankunft da war, war nicht besonders freundlich.
Das Hotel liegt relativ weit weg zum Zentrum.

Rapport qualité prix juste parfait
Pros:

L’emplacement est juste parfait excentré de la ville et une navette est disponible gratuitement toutes les demi heures pour se rendre à Florence. Le cadre est magnifique et la décoration contemporaine faite avec beaucoup de goût !! Excellente literie.

A transzfer kiváló, a tisztaság es reggeli lehetne jobb.
Pros:

Tetszett a transzfer szolgáltatás a városba , illetve a kielentkezezés után is igénybe vehettük ezt a szolgáltatást, s a szállodai csomagmegőrzőt.
Az étterem ételei finomak voltak, a személyzet kedves, segítőkész.

Cons:

A falak és a függönyök koszosak voltak. 2 egyforma szobát foglaltunk, de az egyik mégis nagyobb fürdővel és erkéllyel is rendelkezett, árban mégis ugyanannyiba került mindkettő. A reggelinél nem volt választék, csak péksüteményeknél, 4. reggel már szinte semmi zöldség nem volt. A fürdőben penészfoltok voltak.

Pros:

Endroit super propre, bon déjeuner, le personnel super gentil. Il à même un transports pour nous apporter au centre ville sur réservation au check in. Aussi non la bus passe très proche et contrairement à ailleurs en Italie, en Florence le transport en commun est vraiment top top top🤟 Pas la même chose sur le cote almafitaine 😅

Pulizia elevata. Staff molto attento e professionale. Colazione continentale varia e ricca.
Molto comodo il parcheggio libero di fronte all'hotel.

Cons:

Doccia estremamente piccola. Ristorante presente in struttura comodo ma discreto a livello qualitativo.

Pros:

Struttura moderna, camere nuove e luminose con patio privato (al piano terra). Ottima colazione abbondante. Posizione perfetta per la parte sud di Firenze o per uscire facilmente dalla città. Parcheggio fronte struttura incluso nel pernottamento.

Pros:

Mir hat am besten die Nähe zur Autobahn und der kostenlose Parkplatz gefallen. Und natürlich der kostenlose Shuttlebus ins Zentrum. Auch das Frühstück war super, sehr viel Auswahl. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr modern und super schön. Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption! Komme auf jeden Fall wieder!
