JOIVY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a home away from home. There are, however, a few points we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy:
Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property.

Pros:

La piscine, le petit déjeuner, le calme ambiant de l' hôtel et surtout ENZO le chauffeur de la navette qui a été d''une gentillesse et qui nous a bien expliqué pour nous balader dans florence. Merci a lui.

Cons:

En faite dans notre chambre la salle de bain ne reflètait vraiment pas le reste de l hôtel. Douche vraiment trop petite et qui était un vrai sauna avec la verrière au sommet. Et surtout pas une goutte d' eau froide dans les robinets. La clim qui je pense ne fonctionnait pas terrible.

Pros:

Un accueil très chaleureux et bel hôtel, mais qd même assez loin du centre pour nous. Mais avec le bus qui est tout près c est facile.

Cons:

Travaux à la piscine pendant notre séjour, c'était désagréable.
Restaurant assez cher et bar qui n'ouvre qu'à 17h.
Chasse d eau et prises qui restent dans nos mains!

Pros:

Piękny obiekt, ma swoją restaurację, jednak nie znam cen. Dodatkowo, co jest ogromnym plusem, obiekt posiada swój prywatny busik jadący do centrum Florencji, który można zarezerwować na konkretną godzine. Od 9 co godzinę, a później można się umówić na powrót. My podróżując samochodem, zostawiliśmy auto pod hotelem w dniu wymeldowania i skorzystaliśmy z busa, aby zwiedzić miasto. Polecamy zobaczyć kaplicę Medyceuszy, różany ogród wraz z widokiem na panoramę Florencji. Galerie, w której jest rzeźba Davida. Polecam udać się również do bardzo uroczego miejsca - Ristorante Pietrabianca, w którym można zamówić kieliszek wina przez małe okienko w ścianie budynku. Jest tam zero kolejki, a po taką samą atrakcje tylko z espresso afogato ludzie czekają godzinami…

If you have your own car - is a perfect place to stay in. If you don’t- I would rather stay in the city centre.
Pros:

Great stuff and good breakfasts. Lovely room.

Cons:

Location is really far away from the city centre. Transfer exists, very useful but only till 19-19.30 pm and has to be booked ahead. Taxi is quite expensive, no Uber or Bolt in Florence.

je tam dosť priestoru na vylepšovanie. Hotel potrebuje lepšiu starostlivosť.
Pros:

Hotel je pekný aj keď trochu starší, je však vidieť, že o čistotu je postarané. Ponúka bezplatný shuttle bus do centra mesta - je však malý a rýchlo plný, treba ho objednať vopred. Ponúka bezplatné parkovanie. Poloha je na okraji mesta - do centra 20 min autom (taxi/ shuttle bus) ale 40 min autobusom.

Cons:

Izby sú malé, bolo cítiť vlhkú zatuchlinu. raňajky ponúkajú malý výber syra a salámy, praženica vyzerala čudne, hoci sú raňajky do 10.00, o 9.00 sú misy prázdne a treba upozorňovať personál, inak si to nevšimnú. káva z automatu je otrasná, ale čašníčka vám urobí dobré čerstvé kapučíno. Fontána v záhrade je zhrdzavená, tečie na všetky strany, sú v nej riasy. Je potrebné sa o tento milý hotel viacej starať.

Nettes ruhiges hotel etwas abseits...Pool fein zum abkühlen aber zuwenig liegen....Frühstück Traumhaft gut Essen im Restaurant sehr gut leider schlechte Öffnungszeiten für Bar ab 17.00 Restaurant am Sonntag geschlossen....im Umkreis nicht viel ohne Auto

Ein scheinbar sehr wichtiger Mann der lieber mit seinem Tablett spielt und sinnlos durch die Gegend läuft anstatt Gäste zu bedienen.Am samstag war die Kellnerer nicht im Dienst und bei 6 Tischen brach die Panik aus ...durften uns an keinen Tisch setzten und an der Bar mussten wir ca 20 min warten auf ein Getränk......anderen Gästen wurde ein Tisch zugewiesen leider musste die auf die Speisekarte schon 20 min warten..weiters wird ein Shuttle angeboten..gratis..in die stadt Florenz...wenn man Glück hat kommt auch ein Fahrer ansonsten wird man höflich darauf hingewiesen mit dem Bus könnte man ja auch fahren

Schade macht den ganzen Aufenthalt kaputt
