JOIVY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a home away from home. There are, however, a few points we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy:
Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property.

The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.

Pros:

Gutes frisches Frühstücksbüffet und gratis Shuttle ins Zentrum von Florenz, der sehr pünktlich ist! Angenehme ruhige Lage. Essen im Restaurant gut aber eher kleine Portionen. Hamburger waren innen zu spärlich (ganz wenig Speck und wenig Salat) und auch etwas trocken. Offener Rotwein war eher schlechter Qualität.

Ótimo!
Pros:

Lugar tranquilo, agradável, bem localizado para quem está de carro. Mas disponibilizam van para centro.
Nosso ar condicionado não estava funcionando bem, logo resolveram o problema. Café da manhã ótimo. Garrafas de água gratuitas. Restaurante com boa comida no local. Funcionários simpáticos.

Cons:

Limpeza do quarto era só a tarde. Poderiam limpar melhor o chão.

Pros:

Lloc tranquil, a 15 min en cotxe del centre, amb fàcil aparcament. Tant l'esmorzar com la piscina ens van semblar molt bé.

Cons:

Tot i estar renovat, trobo que els lavabos son molt petits, i falta espai per deixar la maleta a l'habitació.

Navetta gratuita per il centro città. Parcheggio ampio e gratuito. Biancheria da letto di ottima fattura. Cuscini e materassi eccellenti. Ho chiesto del ghiaccio per conservare farmaci nel viaggio, mi hanno aiutato con disponibilità cortesia ed efficienza.

Pulizia, cortesia, ambientazione, gentilezza personale, rolls di carne del ristorante, parcheggio comodo, navetta gratuita per il centro

Cons:

È a 20 minuti di bus dal centro. C'è la navetta gratuita. Non è un gran "contro", ma bene saperlo, poi ognuno decide se importante o meno.

Pros:

O café da manhã é excepcional. Um hotel fora do burburinho e aconchegante. Tem van que leva para o centro histórico, o que foi muito bom.
