Charmantes Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist Top, wenn man den Weg mit dem Auto dahin einmal gefunden hat. Das Hotel ist charmant, irgendwie aus einer anderen Zeit. Die Tatsache, dass vieles Altes bewahrt wurde hat durch aus Charme, der Charme hat allerdings auch seine Grenzen. Das Persoanl ist ausgesprochen zuvorkommend.

Cons:

So ein wenig mehr Druck auf den Leitungen zum Duschen wäre schön. Daran muss allerdings nicht unbedingt das Hotel schuld sein. Bei der Duschkabine hätte man vielleicht eine andere Lösung suchen sollen. Die in meinem Fall bestehende Duschkabine sollte aber ausgetauscht werden. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. Warum mann allerdings nicht den "tea room" nutzt, der meines Erachtens nach geeigneter wäre, hat sich mir nicht erschlossen.

Gem stay in Verona
Pros:

This hotel is a Verona Gem. Beautiful 18th Century building with modern, comfortable appointments. The staff is so kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. This is our 2nd stay and we rate the Gabbio D'Oro at 100%.

Wonderful traditional hotel in the centre of Verona
Pros:

Our 3rd time in this property and used the valet parking for first. Love the hotel and its charm.

Traumlage, das Frühstück war leider getrübt durch ein "leergefegtes" Buffet das nicht ergänzt wurde...!
Service sehr freundlich aber überfordert !

Cons:

Zimmerausstattung ehrwürdig aber überhaupt nicht mehr zeitgemäß ! Frühstücksbuffet übersichtliche Auswahl und wurde leider nicht mehr ergänzt... ! Sehr begrenzter Platz im Frühstücksraum...viel zu eng !

the type of room that i get is for the special needs and i must get a normal room as in my booking, and i ask them to give me a closing balance an invoice for my stay they refuse for the reason that the contract between them and expedia not allow them to give me an invoice to close my account for the room but i told them my booking is through the booking.com not expedia they said this what we have and we can’t give because of the law in the hotel. this what kept me worried because i didn’t close my account in the hotel
so please i need an explanation for what happened from your side
