Location, location,location!
Pros:

Very quirky property styled with great taste and an eye for detail. Fabulous location. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff who all did their very best to make our stay excellent.

Cons:

The bathroom was rather tired and needed some attention to bring it back up to 5* standard.

fantastické místo, přímo v centru, blíže to snad už ani nejde. Krásné interiery, autem sice dojedete až k hotelu, ale parkovat zde nelze. musíte zajet k parkovišti, případně personál, vám auto odveze

Great place to stay in close proximity to everything in the old town, a simply lovely place to stay.
Pros:

Its position, the quirky decoration throughout the hotel. Most of all the incredible staff, each and everyone of them were engaging, friendly, professional and simply very pleasant indeed.

Cons:

No real shower in the bedrooms.

Sehr gemütliches altes, liebevoll geführtes Hotel. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.
Pros:

Altes Hotel, liebevoll eingerichtet, kleine Abstriche bei der Einrichtung, zB Lichter flackern, der Aufzug ist sehr alt. Andererseits macht es auch den Charme aus. Das Bett war sehr bequem, Toilettenartikel von Etro. Sehr aufmerksames, ausgesprochen nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, man fühlt sich zu Hause. Sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr schöne gemütliche Räume zum aufhalten bzw. Bar, Wintergarten. Nicht günstig, aber die Lage sehr gut mitten im Zentrum.

Cons:

Man könnte mal einen neuen Fön kaufen. Zimmer war klein (Einzelzimmer).
