Fabulous! A unique hotel, with fantastic staff right in the heart of the old city. Magic!
Pros:

What a magical hotel! Like staying at your very glamorous Nonna's house! So quirky and individual. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Room was super comfy. Staff were so helpful - they helped get us reservations at restaurants and the valet parking was a god send - well worth the cost. The location couldn't be more central - but the hotel felt like a quiet haven in the madness.

Cons:

The shower leaked, but honestly, everything else was so wonderful we didn't care!

Beh senz’altro l’accoglienza è la disponibilità dello staff tutti gentili.
L’ambiente molto suggestivo, l’avevo scelto anche per questo per provare appunto un’esperienza diversa dallo standard di hotel.

Cons:

Forse migliorerei alcuni prodotti della colazione. Cioè intendiamoci il cibo buono ma esempio i prodotti da forno come brioche, pane e torte, erano molto scarsi; aumenterei anche la varietà dei cereali e soprattutto non confezionati e così anche per le marmellate e il miele . Per ultimo metterei a disposizione anche un tosta pane . Tutto questo farebbe la differenza per la qualità dell’hotel.

Unforgettable hotel on our northern Italy vacation!
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel. Great location. Exceptional staff who took really good care of us from arrival to departure- accommodating any request, from helping with parking our car to suggesting a fantastic restaurant (and making reservation) for lunch along the river. We had a room with a balcony and everything about the room and outdoor space was private and perfect!

Pros:

Beautiful location with tons of character. Right in the center of historic town and next to amazing art museum. The quality of goods and breakfast and outstanding. The staff always goes above and beyond and they truly want to make your stay special.

Доброжелательный внимательный персоналб особенно сотрудник, который забирал и привозил машиную

Cons:

-Вместе с аутентичностью хотелось бы более современную и удобную мебель
-При подъезде к отелю не хватает более подробной инструкции, как его найти чтобы передать машину сотруднику отеля для wallet parking. Навигации недостаточно
