Pros:

Un “pequeño” gran hotel . El mejor staff que he conocido, desde Danielle el gerente que hizo mucho más que cualquier otro gerente de hotel por ayudarnos … hasta la gente de bar y restoranes. El SPA es excelente, la comida del restaurante excelente también . Máximo nos atendió como reyes en el desayuno y en la cena Irene hizo que su profesionalismo y amabilidad mejoraran aún más la calidad de la comida. Sin duda nuestra casa en cortina en adelante .

Pros:

Fin beliggenhet og veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig personale. Fine og rene rom. Maten på restauranten på hotellet var ikke spesielt bra og veldig dyrt i forhold til andre restauranter i nærheten. Men alt i alt et veldig bra hotell som kan anbefales. Vi var 5 voksne personer på fritidsreise.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful spa resort in the Dolomites! Everything was so clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, the perfect place to relax after long days of hiking in the mountains. The included spa was a true highlight, and soaking there each evening felt like the ultimate reward.

The staff was incredible, especially Massimo, who was unbelievably kind and attentive, he truly anticipated our every need and made us feel so cared for. The included breakfast each morning was delicious and a perfect start to our day.

We also had a wonderful experience with the bartender in the evenings (we didn’t catch his name), but he really went above and beyond, offering the best local recommendations and making every interaction warm and friendly.

We’re already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend this magical place to anyone visiting the Dolomites!

The hotel staff and facilities are good (SPA/pool in particular excellent) BUT we were in a 2 bedroom suite and the climate control / AC was not working throughout. We called at 2:30am restless from the poor disturbed sleep and were informed management had just decided on behalf of all guests to disable all climate control (!?!?) and that nothing could be done until the morning when the manager was back on shift.

We had a terrible night

On check out we were given a tiny discount (less than 10%)

All felt very below 5 star standard

Staff muito atencioso e cordial, principalmente a Sonia no front desk e Maximo que nos serviu no café da manhã. Quanto super confortável para tres pessoas, com dois banheiros e divisoria entre os ambientes. Spa com piscina magnifica. Localização excelente e vista muito bonita. Escolha os quartos de trás com vista para as montanhas, apesar da frente também ter um Boa Vista.Restaurante e bistro, ambos excelentes pratos e seviços. Amamos nos hospedar lá.

The hotel is beautiful and the bar area was very nice. During our stay the room above us had renovations going on and there was jackhammering going on from mid morning to late afternoon. It would have been a much higher rating if not for that.

Excellent stay at the Hotel. Good food, friendly and attentive staff, shuttle service available for taking and picking up from Cortina and a pleasant 2km walk down a dedicated bike/ walking path back to hotel. Used the gym, swimming pool, steam room and spa pool, all well maintained.

Beautiful boutique hotel. I loved it. All the staff was super nice I. All the areas. The restaurant was exquisite. We stayed one night for dinner and it was delicious and the service was superb.
