Lindo hotel en medio de la nada con mucha vegetación y acceso a aguas termales. La propiedad se ve ya muy vieja y desgastada en general, pero las instalaciones hacen que valga la pena la experiencia de visitar aunque sea por 1 vez.

Le hace falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones. El aire acondicionado de mi habitación no prendía, fueron a prenderlo y se quedó prendido todo el tiempo porque no se podía apagar con el control

Estoy muy satisfecha con el servicio que me dieron en el hotel durante mi estancia me hubiera gustado que estuvieran más cerca las habitaciones de la alberca y de planta baja me gustaría que le dieran un poco de mantenimiento a las tinas porque son muy resbaladizas, pero en general todo está muy padre.
Lo recomiendo ampliamente el agua termal es riquísima y curativa.

La propiedad es bonita , sin embargo las instalaciones no lo son tanto la habitación que me tocó el baño estaba tapado, tardaron horas en ir a destaparlo , la cortina se cayó cuando la abrí y los jacuzzi no estaban en funcionamiento.

las habitaciones no funciona el aire acondicionado, se moja, se reporto y lo dejaron peor, el inodoro no se va el agua, no hicieron la antihigienica recomendacion de no depocitar el papel alli ( es biodegradable) pero igual no se iba el agua y al contrario tambien al arreglarlo solo hicieron que se tirara el agua del deposito. Mis familiares se cortaron el pie en la alberca porque hay muchos azulejos rotos. lo peor son las habitaciones el resto esta aceptable.pero cuidado con la alberca, veo que muchos van por terapia del agua, pero si son diabeticos cuidado pueden salir sin un pie por una lesion con el azulejo de las albercas
