We found it to be a decent value for the money.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful front desk staff, and decent rooms and facilities during our stays.

Cons:

Non working water fountains on first floor, shower pull stopper in our first room was very difficult to operate and didn’t fully function properly, and hot tub was inoperable.

Pros:

Room was nice, clean. Quiet. Basic breakfast provided. Staff was helpful. Location was good for where we needed to go.

Cons:

People were smoking and drinking etoh around and in the pool when we took our kids to swim. Didn't stay long unfortunately.

Pretty much everything other than the location. Had issues repeatedly every time I left my room with my key card to be able to get back in the room. Front desk didn’t seem to care. Would not stay here again.

Pros:

Friendly staff Kudos to the front desk, lady at the café. Rooms clean everything excellent.
