It was fair. I would not stay here again if I visit Tampa.
Pros:

Location of hotel was good. Close to restaurants , gas stations and Tampa Airport. Price was very reasonable also.

Cons:

Beds were old and lumpy. Entire hotel needed fresh paint and carpets. It was somewhat old and rundown. I would not recommend this hotel. Also, several older men kept sitting outside smoking so everytime I went outside, I would get a strong whiff in my face of their cigarette smoke. When we checked out, front desk clerk seemed annoyed when I asked for a receipt. He was not pleasant at all.

The hotel stay was great, the room was very big and clean, Breakfast was great and the bed comfortable. I would stay here again.

Good other than the light shining in the room all night.
Pros:

Clean, fair breakfast included

Cons:

Windows did not have any black out shades and our room looked out over the pool. The lights around the pool shined into our room all night including the changing color flashing light that is in the pool. Made it difficult to sleep. They need black out type window shades.
