For a budget hotel with excellent facilities and a breakfast include we could not fault this hotel.
Pros:

Everything. Excellent value for the money. Two huge beds, very clean, friendly, helpful staff and and an excellent choice from the self service breakfast. If we fly into Tampa again we would definitely use this hotel.

Nothing not to like. We couldn't fault it. Excellent value for money.

Amazing staff, great value, comfortable stay!
Pros:

The staff was absolutely amazing. So welcoming,courteous and helpful. They went all out for the ones of us that were attending the Bruno Mars concert at the nearby stadium. Including a themed decorative setup with music, welcome specialty drinks, goodie bags and raffle. They also offered a shuttle to and from the venue. Absolutely 10/10.

Cons:

I wish there would have been more of an enforcement on noise levels from guests. Not too long after I settled into my room, someone on my floor was allowing their children to run and scream up and down the hall (also before I checked out). The staff were quite busy downstairs with check-in still so it was still during late afternoon/early evening. However, I feel like there needs to be something in place to let guests know to keep the noise level respectful,especially at certain hours. (although this should be a given when you stay at an accommodation with other guests).

Staff was exceptionally friendly & professional

Cons:

Room configuration. Stayed in a king kitchenette room. It really wasn’t a kitchen …. Had a counter & fridge. The microwave was on the other side of the bathroom in a cabinet. There was no separation of the bedroom & living room area.

Convenient, clean enough, and super nice people!
Pros:

We were able to walk to/from Raymond James for a concert, and the staff was absolutely amazing!

Cons:

It’s dated, but they are renovating. Parts of the hotel definitely smell musty from the Florida humidity.

Glad it was only for one night.
Pros:

It was close to the stadium.

Cons:

Not very clean. We had to be moved to another room because of the mildew odor.
We were moved to a suite but it had roaches.

Brilliant overnight spent in welcoming comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Very welcoming. We were there for Bruno mars gig and the little touches hotel made were lovely gestures. Staff informative and friendly. Breakfast great choice.

Cons:

Looking beyond the surface there were areas in the room especially that need refurbishing.

Pros:

The location was fantastic as we attended the Bruno Mars concert at Raymond James Stadium. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The rooms were very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were fresh. The coffee was delicious and the breakfast served head a variety of wonderful options. The AC ran nice and cold in the room. We also appreciated the room darkening shades.

Cons:

My only recommendation would be clean the shower in our room better it could use some attention. It was nothing alarming but definitely not the cleanest. The rest of the room was clean our bedding & towels were fresh.
