Needed a room for the night before my cruise and will not be returning
Pros:

the evening guest service agent was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is in disarray. Carpet needs to be pulled and replaced. The hotel door wouldn't close completely we had to consciously make sure it latched, the remote did not work to the tv and was filthy (clean remote brand). I exchanged it for a cleaner remote that did not work. Only outlet worked in the room. The rest completely out. The desk completely useless.

The cookie station: What cookie section? it was the container with Walmart cookies placed inside.
Coffee Section: No lids for cups that were requiring guests touch each cup because they were completely stuck together. Mixed with Styrofoam cups.

Breakfast was HORRIBLE! Cereal made available but only Whole Milk and Oat Milk as a milk option. The host did not speak English and when I went to inform her the coffee cups were stuck together, she told me no. So, I left it alone. Absolutely nothing matched with the breakfast. the fruit was not ripe to eat.

Facilities: I had to use the restroom while at breakfast and the front desk sent me to the gym's restroom after i had no luck opening the restroom door by the breakfast area. He said it was only for conference guests, and we had to use the gym locker room. I don't believe the rest of the hotel staff remembers those restrooms back there as they were filthy and did not have enough stock.

Cons:

The staff calling out my room number in front of other guest. It's one of the first safety rules of working in a hotel. Way to make guest feel unsafe.

Pros:

The location is convenient to evrything social! The staff was very helpful when needed.

Cons:

Our room had a bad smell. There were bugs coming out of the microwave. We had to have maintenance come and restart the tv's as they are still on broadband. The fire alarms were going off . Just alot!

Pros:

The location was nice.

Cons:

The advertise a hot tub, but the hit tub was ice cold and did not have bubbles. My bathroom door was loud scraping across the floor. The bathtub was clogged so showers had to be quick to avoid rising water.
