Overall positive experience. Breakfast process needs more clarity
Pros:

We enjoyed the room; the beds were very comfortable, and both the gym and business center were well-equipped and useful. However, the pool felt much too small for the size of the hotel and the number of guests using it.

Regarding the Wi-Fi, it is only accessible if you register for a Hilton Honors account. I would much prefer a standard password-entry system rather than being required to create an account just to get online. It would be much more convenient for guests who aren't looking to join a loyalty program

Cons:

The price for breakfast changed from $12 advertised on Booking.com to $15 in person. There were separate menus for pre-paid guests and those paying out-of-pocket (a la carte). When I asked for clarification, the staff directed us to the general buffet line used by pre-paid guests.
At the end we were given a restaurant-style bill with a tip line (we paid extra $3)

Brand new, and amazing location
Pros:

Loved the location by the I95, with so much green around that the dog could walk a lot.

Cons:

75$ extra charge for the dog, could be a little bit less?

Comfortable and we rested easy.
Pros:

Clean. Friendly employees. The potatoes at breakfast where delicious!

Cons:

I could have asked for toothpaste in the bathroom, but I wish it had that just available in the room.

Security Issues at Hotel
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel twice in 3 months and the same day shortly after I left the hotel had fraud on my credit card. Found this out while traveling, last time the credit card company called me about potential fraud. Be aware of this and check your card for questionable purchases. I complained to the hotel but management never responded to me. I don’t like to write bad reviews, the rooms are nice but feel this is a problem at this hotel.
