Localização muito boa, camas muito confortáveis e Sra da recepção da parte da manhã super simpática

Cons:

Caiu água do teto da casa de banho que foi resolvido, elevador muito lentos e pequeno almoço com pouco espaço e pouca variedade e pouca qualidade

Skip the breakfast, ask for a top floor otherwise you will never get out.

Large building with 2 small elevators. Takes 10-15 minutes to get out at times, especially with luggage. Breakfast was abysmal. Went to local cafe after the first day even though we paid for the breakfast.

Excelente para una primera vez en NY
Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación, cerca de todo y del metro. El desayuno no es el mejor pero es salvador! Las habitaciones limpias y las ordenaban todos los días.

Cons:

El ascensor estuvo 2-3 días malo y nos demorábamos 15 min en subir/bajar

L’emplacement est idéal , de nombreux avantages lors du séjour : bouteilles d’eau offertes , cookie offerts , verre de vin le soir .
Le personnel s’est rendu disponible et très agréable à chacune de nos demandes .
Le ménage était impeccable et la literie très confortable .
Service de bagage gratuit .
Rapport qualité prix +++

Cons:

Seul point négatif ascenseurs capricieux .
On nous a demandé une caution de 250$ , nous espérons que celle ci ne sera pas débitées car les explications fournis lors de notre départ n’étaient pas très claire.

Pros:

las instalaciones y la limpieza ok, la hora del vino y las galletas genial, café y agua a discreción, todo ok, contento con la atención.

Cons:

Los días que estuvimos el ascensor estuvo malogrado y hubo cola para el ascensor pero fue reparado y luego todo ok. Hay bastante gente y el desayuno se vuelve un poco complicado para el ambiente donde se toma desayuno.

Poco tranquilo
Pros:

La habitación muy bien , pero lo único ha mejorar es el área del desayuno, muy pequeño para tanto huésped , muy incómodo para sentarse y adicional que quedaba junto a él lobby . El desayuno deberia ser un aérea tranquila donde uno se sienta a gusto de comer , pero nunca fue así .

Great place for our family to stay.
Pros:

Great hotel! Had no heating in our first room but they moved us happily! Breakfast was nice and staff were cool!
