Pros:

It was very clean. Comfortable beds, good breakfast and great location.

Cons:

There were only two elevators, and one was out of service my whole stay. I was on the 15th floor, and using the stairs it wasn't an option. The waiting line was long. The elevator stopped at every floor, and we had to pass up opportunities to get on because it was already full. It was an uncomfortable experience.

I would recommend this place to a friend, and I would stay there again.

Location was perfect. The area was very safe.

Great location will definitely come back
Pros:

Its was in a great location. Staff was super friendly

Cons:

The small room but thats because all hotel room in ny are small. And one of the elevators wasnt working so there was a line to go up yo my room.

Well managed simple business hotel
Pros:

Location is very convenient with many restaurants, subway around.
Room is decent and newly renovated
Breakfast is basic but there is enough variety of proteins, carb, and milk drinks. I appreciate that milk is served in bottles and they are very clean.
I arrived earlier than check-in time and the receptionist was very helpful and allowed me to check in early which helped alot, she even reminded me to take some breakfast.

Great location
Pros:

The location was great. Everything we wanted to do was walking distance!

Cons:

Our room was having a hard time staying cool. And the AC unit was making a weird clicking noise. It wasn’t something that bugged us enough to say anything but being that the hotel is being renovated maybe it’s on their to do list.

Cons:

Very small rooms, they look much larger in the pictures, very tight quarters. Poor upkeep with elevator service, only two elevators for entire hotel and only one elevator worked for our stay

Localização central, pequeno almoço muito modesto mas com diferentes variedades diárias. A meio da tarde havia happy hour / oferta de vinho ou cookies maravilhosas

Cons:

Diariamente faltam itens, toalhas de banho, gel de banho ou outros. Mas os funcionários são muito simpáticos e rapidamente resolvem as situações e entregam no quarto.
