Great place to stay if coming for festivities on the square!

Pros:

The room was nice, and we liked sitting out in the courtyard. The exercise room was a good feature. We liked the breakfast, and appreciated it that coffee was readily available outside of the breakfast hours.

Cons:

Housekeeping wasn't very good. They never changed the sheets during our 5 day stay, for example.

Breakfast was good. There was a lot of variety.

Cons:

Trash pick up and towel replenishment.

They did not collect the trash every morning. We were free to place the towels that we did not want to reuse on the floor but they did not automatically replace them. When I enquired at the front desk I was told that trash pick up is every other day, and we had to request for fresh towels. I guess I have never noticed that about them because I have only stayed one night at a time.

Great breakfast, nice staff. Some maintenance needed..
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was spacious. I also enjoyed the outdoor sitting area, although the patio couch did not have cushions on it, so the 2 tables were the only option. The breakfast was great! I would have liked maybe some flavored creamers to join the half and half/etc for coffee.

Cons:

I want to advise a few things. Not as complaints but previously being in hospitality for 10 years back in the day, I would want to know so correction can be made. The bathroom (room 310): the ceiling is peeling above the toilet and the wall on the outside of the tub near the door is warping and peeling. Also, the middle ceiling light was flickering and sometimes would not come on at all. One of the elevators were down 2 of the days I was staying. When I arrived on 5/28/26, a new key system was being installed. It was a bit lengthy to get that figured out. Actually had to be let into my room and get keys later. The pool is not inviting. Dark and dreary. When my brother arrived later that night. He had his reservation and proof, but desk did not have it in their system. That took some time to get figure out. But he did get a room (thank you).
