Cons:

They do not tell you in the booking process that there is also a $25 incidentals charge or that there is a fee to park on the property in which you booked to stay at. All costs should be presented in the booking process. The incidentals is not a big deal, because you get that back provided you didn't break anything in your room, but a parking fee to stay at a hotel, where you are parked outside, is ridiculous.

Disrespectful staff and possibly a scam.
Pros:

Distance from work.

Cons:

I got charged an extra $25 on the payment, staff was rude and very disrespectful and also even tried to lie about availability before I had the chance to make a reservation. The room had a certain smell to it that clogged up my nose.

Close, nice staff, clean

Cons:

Toilet was broken. Had to stop water flow by hand. Reported and staff apologized and said they’ll get it fixed.

Peaceful, comfortable and clean for the win!
Pros:

I really enjoyed the hot tub and the scenery was nice as well... The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The body wash surprised me because usually I dont care for the scents in hotel ones. The number one thing I loved was how peaceful the stay was. Thank You Hilton for a great new years!

Cons:

I did not like that towels weren't available after I got out of the hot tub. Breakfast inclusions would be nice but not necessary. The staff wasn't bad just felt like they didnt want to be there or they could have been sleepy.

It was an okay stay ,though location was well suited for the purpose of my trip.
Pros:

Location was well suited for purpose.It was close to my relatives home (within walking distance)who I was visiting with my family.

Cons:

We were initially put in room where the air conditioning was faulty,after our second night in the facility,It was quite warm in Dallas that week , I Informed the reception about our faulty air conditioning-they were surprised that we were put in that room in the first instance because it is apparently on their system that the air conditioning in that room was faulty.
To be fair to them ,they found us a replacement room within 2hrs and all was good.

Air conditioning problem quickly corrected by moving us to a different room.
Pros:

It was clean and there was no problem there. When we couldn’t get the central air to cool our first room we were quickly assigned to a second. Much better.

Cons:

The price of the breakfast. It was good—but hubby now interested in finding hotel closer to dtr’s home.

Great location, very dog friendly.

Cons:

At check in, I was informed that my reservation was not in the system, forcing me to rebook rooms and pay double the price I'd already paid.
On top of that and not receiving a full refund for the initial unbooked reservation, the elevators were out, and the A/C and heat barely worked.

It was a decent (room 412)
Pros:

The property was clean

Cons:

I was not able to pull up the window curtains and the room was really dark.(with lights on) The curtains were taped together. I called front desk for help and they said they sent housekeeping, but nobody showed up.
