Pros:

Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable, great water pressure, very quiet. The breakfast looked amazing but we were in a hurry to get home to FL and only got some coffee, it was perfect.

Superb customer service
Pros:

After a very disappointing experience at the Comfort Suites across the street, the staff at Holiday Inn Express were a breath of fresh air. They were welcoming, understanding, and genuinely empathetic. They checked us in immediately, made us feel valued as guests, and even offered us a complimentary late checkout. The overall experience—from the exceptional customer service to the clean accommodations and excellent breakfast—was outstanding. We truly appreciated their kindness and would definitely stay here again.

Spotless & Comfortable
Pros:

The staff are certainly polite and attentive, the associate that checked us in was warm and inviting, I think her name is "Precious" she was a joy to communicate with, the hotel is spotless, the breakfast staff was helpful and there was always someone present making sure everything was laid out perfectly for the guests, Felicia was so kind to my wife assisting her with her breakfast needs, she is certainly as asset to IHG, we were at this location 4 days and it was pure joy. The beds are comfortable and we had 6 pillows. This hotel is a "Must Stay" if you require excellence and comfort

As always, HIE was lovely and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

There must have been a family reunion. People wew6in the pool making noise at midnight when we were trying to sleep. There was tons of noise. I'm not sure what staff could do about the noise in the hallway, but they could have closed the pool.
