They allowed early check-in. The afternoon clerk was super friendly.

Cons:

There was major construction going on at the time. When we arrived after a 5 1/2 hour drive getting there, we were informed that the water had been turned off and could be off for several hours. So no working plumbing. When I went to the front desk to ask for water to wash our hands and for drinking water, he handed me only two 16 oz bottles. She said anymore than that, we’d have to pay for them. Ridiculous! This evening desk clerk was inattentive, indifferent to our water dilemma, and very unfriendly. We will not stop there again.

Pros:

Location was convenient to downtown Tehachapi and the local parks and baseball fields.

Cons:

The hotel is under construction, which was not a problem. One whole floor was closed, but it was the weekend so there were no workers. With those rooms closed, there still werent enough pillows for 4 in each room. We were told that the pillows and towels are stolen all the time and they have no extra. The snack station has very few options. Pool was green,, but seemed to have just been cleaned. Ownership or management has failed this location.

Lovely front desk personnel.
Pros:

Easy accessibility from State 158. Loved the room close to side entrance door. Wonderful bed and breakfast variety.

The lady at the counter was very sweet and understanding

Cons:

Booked it through booking.com said it was pet friendly. Their website also said it was pet friendly. When I arrived a couple hours after booking their was a sign on the desk as no pets. I didn’t understand why when I checked it out. I went through booking trying to get my 209$ refund and because I booked it a few hours before arrival they said there was no refund. They said the hotel had to agree to the refund. When trying to contact the manager them and me (twice) There was no response. I was very disappointed and frustrated no one would respond and now I have to just eat that 209$. I will never stay or recommend them to anyone. I feel it was very unprofessional on both booking and the hotel. They should never put customers in that situation.

Spacious room
Pros:

Great location and the room size was shockingly large with a pull out sofa, desk and side chair.

Cons:

Tub was very short to the ground,lack of light and loose plugins. Lots of them but all loose.

It was horrible I got no sleep and the maid was banging on my door before 7e0am bullshit
Pros:

I did not get any sleep all night long I kept hearing like traffic or construction work I was so exhausted I couldn't even get up to see what was going on outside but then at 730 am the maid started banging on my door then other doors and her cell phone was on speaker and loud I was pissed that was a lot of money for pure Bullshit

Cons:

All the noise and the maid banged on my door at 730 am and I could hear her banging on other doors and her cell phone was on speaker absolutely bullshit did not sleep at all will never stay then again

Gut für einen Zwischenstop
Pros:

Sauberes Zimmer und gut für eine Übernachtung während der Durchreise.
Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch.

Good experience
Pros:

Did not eat breakfast. The location was great nice secure place. Good safe town. Friendly staff. Looks like they're doing some remodeling. I will stay here again. Would recommended to a friend.

Cons:

Needs more parking. recomend to do a better job in the paint touch up. Butt is good.
