The stay was comfortable and in a good area
Pros:

It was in a nice location not far from family and the staff were amazing! It was also close to restaurants.

Close to restaurant and food places and other stores, staff was amazing and comfortable .

Cons:

Nothing to say only had issues with the key to open the door but the staff was available to assist and handle the issue.

Nice except for bed height.
Pros:

Location was convenient to town and events

Cons:

This is the second HIExpress we have stayed in recently. I could not get into the bed because I'm short and the bed is 5-6 inches too high. I had to stand on the stool to get into the bed comfortably.

It was clean, simple, and just what we needed for our stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. All warm/hot items were hot/warm and that's always a plus. (Who wants cold gravy?) Good variety. No complaints.

Cons:

Suggestion: You need adhesive/anti-slip treads or something in the bathtub. Real safety hazard. My husband and I both nearly fell and you don't want anything ugly like that happening.

Excellent staff, friendly service, hot meals, great coffee
Pros:

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good my husband was not a fan of the turkey sausage or bacon so when they made that he wished they offered a choice. Beds were comfortable this was a great stay. I was pleased to also see house keeping came in daily most places you go now if you have extended stay they dont come in at all so this was a great change

Cons:

The one thing that bothered me was the floor in the bathroom didn't look very clean. And the counter top was pulling apart a bead of caulk would have made that look so much better and im not sure why they put the toilet paper holder so low we had to keep putting it on the counter.
