Cons:

Room temperature was not good . Room felt hotter than the thermostat read. Temp was set at 65 and felt about 75 .

Pros:

The staff were extremely welcoming. The hotel was in a convenient location surrounded by anything you could ask for. Including a hobby lobby.

Comfortable and good area. The say was really nice and helpful
Pros:

Close to restaurant and food places and other stores, staff was amazing and comfortable .

Cons:

Nothing to say only had issues with the key to open the door but the staff was available to assist and handle the issue.

Nice except for bed height.
Pros:

Location was convenient to town and events

Cons:

This is the second HIExpress we have stayed in recently. I could not get into the bed because I'm short and the bed is 5-6 inches too high. I had to stand on the stool to get into the bed comfortably.
