You get what you pay for in this world.
Pros:

Due to the cleanliness, I didn't try the breakfast.

Cons:

When I checked in I was given room keys to my room. Later when I went to the lobby for ice and returned to my room, the door keys didn't open my room door. When I notified the Desk he came up and tried his master card key but that didn't work. He needed to return to the desk to get a physical key to open my door. The screws on the door lock had been pulled out and left dangling and wouldn't have worked if some one would have tried to force their way into the room. There was evidence of hairs from previous guests in the bathroom which was ick! The door to the bathroom had water damage that made the wood swell to the point where the door was almost impossible to close.

Horrible
Pros:

I thought it was nice we were at home without power as we love local so we booked a room during hot summer to be comfortable. Little did we know we got stuck in a room with no air conditioning when asked to move they were booked. They gave us a fan and said they would make good and reimburse us. Next day that never happened I complained consistently and filed complaints but the manager denied they were aware of us being without ac in the room. The manager is a liar the hotel was nice but customer service sucked . And I even sent them picture with proof of the fan I was given and the 78 degrees the room was. If you stay here pray there’s not a problem because they will like through their teeth about everything.

The most horrible experience in my whole life at a hotel
Pros:

I not knowingly double booked this room and did So within 15 minutes of arrival. I arrived to be greeted by David Patel who mocked me and made fun of my situation but eventually canceled the IHG reservation to rectify the situation. When going to handle the booking reservation problem he would not answer the emails from booking and we got in a heated discussion and then he reversed the cancellation so that my credit card would be charged double I have gone to IHG corporate I have gone to the manager and to no resolve this is fraudulent this property is fraudulent the breakfast was subpar with the scrambled eggs being half filled with water the sausages have cooked the bananas green and the property needed to be cleaned they put me in a room facing Construction all night it was the most horrible experience I've ever had in my life at a Holiday Inn Express and through booking.com and I've been dealing with both for about 40 years

A Holiday Inn should have a better standard of cleanliness.
Pros:

Convenient location, lovely desk staff.

Cons:

I booked a room for three with two queens and a pullout couch. When I opened the couch to make the bed, the sheet used by the previous guest was still on the mattress and the comforter was crinkled into compressed ball in the middle. Stopped the bed myself and had to ask for some missing linens to make it up.

A relief - safe and clean with decent breakfast included.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Plenty of options, and staff refilled food often and was helpful and kind. The room was clean, updated and very functional. We felt very safe and comfortable. I liked getting a text message with my checkout invoice and instructions.We liked that there was a gym; we liked that there were cookies and coffee available when we walked in.

Cons:

Location wasn't great when we stayed in a room at the back of the building because the highway could be heard all night (which is directly behind the hotel). The pool was closed.

Cons:

A lot of small defects here and there. Scratches, marks on walls. I think the bed could be better. Breakfast area small and crowded

Besides the negative things I had to write it was a very pleasant stay
Pros:

Very welcoming nice staff, great location

Cons:

Elevator was broken during our stay and was on the top floor. Lots of walking up and down stairs. A/c on third floor hallway was also off so hallway was hot. No ice machine on third floor so had to go to first floor and get ice.

Overall a nice place
Pros:

It was conveniently located off the highway.

Cons:

The room door was falling off the door. We let them know. Kids were running up and down the hallway till at least 11 pm

Excellent place
Pros:

Hotel was close to legoland, much less expensive than their hotel. The rooms were clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable. The poll are was warm and clean, we had free cookies, I love the variety of foods for breakfast and the good coffee ☕.
