It was very pleasant and suited us just fine with minor inconvenience
Pros:

My first impression of our room was how clean it smelled. We were happy to arrive and find enough linens for our family of 5. We were able to request a very late check in. The building entrance was clean and the staff let us know what was available to us and our checkin was easy.

Cons:

I was hoping for a coffee maker in the room but there wasn't. I requested extra coffee for our room online, but I didnt notice no coffee machine until morning. Also, there wasn't an iron for me to press my husband's shirt there was an ironing board in the cabinet. We were on the ground floor and the noises carried from the foyer, but it wasn't so much we couldn't sleep.

Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Every hotel worker greeted us with a smile.

Cons:

Our room key stopped working at about 10 am of the last day and we had to go down to the desk to help us get into our room. It was really inconvenient because we had children with us and they had to wait until we could get in.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a good hotel for the price.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Had very good options. We had a newly renovated room which was very nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable

Cons:

The pool was a little small so it was tight with kids running around and didn’t seem to be able to comfortably hold a lot of people.
