Nice hotel! You can tell managers work hard to get your business there.
Pros:

I like that the hotel was quiet. They did not give me a room near the exit which is my preference. The room was quiet and clean. I like all of the surrounding restaurants and the sam’s club 14 miles away to fill up on gas.

In the breakfast area, add another toaster and place it in a larger area. Toaster area was crowed but the breakfast was well stocked and fresh even at 9 am.

Cons:

please put a rubber mat in the tub/shower for safety. Please make sure elevators are working.

Expected more from This property. Maintenance issues and very loud.
Pros:

Breakfast was good staff was friendly

Cons:

Blackout shades were broken and there was a lot of light coming in. Door locks between adjoining rooms was broken. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner.

There was a $50 charge to my account I did not charge anything to my room. I’d like that charged reversed I emailed but

Stay was good ! Breakfast was an ultimate disaster!
Pros:

Property was very clean , staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable

Cons:

The breakfast area was not kept to par . Especially with having the elderly and children around . Boiled eggs smelled terrible food was cold and not quite appealing to eat. The attendant in the breakfast area was not helpful at all she actually looked frustrated when asked question as she had her head down texting in her cellphone !

Facility was clean. Staff

Cons:

We had loud family directly above us. I would still stay here but next time I will request top floor. This is not actually a complaint because they were just kids being kids.
