Friendly staff comfortable room
Breakfast was horrible. The restaurant was dirty full of food laying on the floor, spilt drinks and no one to clean up the food was also very bad.

The worst hotel experience in Italy! The room was extremely dirty, and the front desk staff was rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. I was first given a dirty accessible room, then a smoking room despite booking a standard non-smoking room. After complaining twice, I was given an even worse room with filthy beds, towels, and everything else.
By far the worst hotel experience during my entire trip to Italy. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Awful place
Highly do not reccomend. Serious safety issues at the property. Aknowledged repeated break ins in the cars left at the parking lot. Staff recognises it and "warns" you as a "courtesy" to not leave valuables in the car. Serious cleanliness issues in the rooms (pet hair covered the bed and couch, along with human fluid stains, gunk in bathroom, general lack of clenaliness). Have developed a rash after staying here, have been on antibiotics for over a month. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Standards are below shameful for a hotel that is part of a big international chain. Contacted both booking and the property for a refund. Have been completely ignored with made up excuses to stall time.
We will always book on our way down to our journey our house in Italy. The staff now remember us and our dog. It is such a lovely place to stay and the staff are wonderful.
