No free breakfast is a deal breaker for me
House keeping knocking on the door prior to checking out
We picked this hotel because of the indoor pool. We were very excited to go swim. The water was freezing cold. Yes all pools are cold. But this one was literal ice. Maybe because it doesn’t get sunlight. But it was so so cold. If you are looking for a family pool do not pick this one. You will regret it.

Would not choose to stay here again. On their webpage they state only 1 elevator is operating, but they don't tell you it's loud, vibrates and feels unsafe. Would have been helpful to see an inspection certificate posted showing a date it was last inspected, but they did not have one. Some of our group had rooms near the elevator and it kept them awake at night. Also, they have a limit of 4 people in the 1 elevator, which is ridiculous for a 6 story hotel. We had to wait in line Saturday night when we returned to the hotel. Reading past reviews it seems the elevator has been an issue for months. We took the stairs down from the 5th floor when we didn't have luggage to carry and took our chances going up. Entry into the hotel is a little tricky and traffic noise from I-25, but they don't have control over that. Bathroom and room were clean but carpet is pulling up in front of the bathroom door. We had a block of rooms for a family event that someone else set up for us, and next time we will be for sure researching things better.
