Pros:

We did not stay at the hotel as the booking was messed up and the receptionist said sorry she couldn't help us and neither could booking .com. Booking.com said he would send a voucher to the hotel for credit on the reservation and neither them or Holiday Inn Express issued the credit Will not stay at a Holiday Inn ever again--POOR Customer Service.

Pros:

The night time desk manager was amazing. We showed up to a nasty room with a clogged toilet and dirty shower. She immediately swapped our rooms for us. She honestly saved our whole trip. For her alone we will go again. But the rest of the staff was lacking.
