Pros:

We've been going to various holiday inn for several years and normally have enjoyed our stay. This time we were very tired after traveling. When we turned on the TV for a relaxing evening we could not get it to work. After calling management they came up to try and help us to no avail. The remote was not working either. We could not get the TV to power off. We had to cover the bright screen up with a blanket. It was a


total inconvenient. The next day we were offered to move to another room which we did.

Not happy
Pros:

Breakfast was decent.
Not enough towels. There were 4 tissues in the tissue box, used them, they replaced with 4 tissues. No coffee maker in room. Maids were not friendly, carpet needed repair in room, stopper in tub had been removed, the maids used the same elevator as guest and in the morning it was hard to use elevator because maids kept it busy and were not thoughtful of guests. Just not what I’ve been use to from Holiday Inn Express.

Pros:

We did not stay at the hotel as the booking was messed up and the receptionist said sorry she couldn't help us and neither could booking .com. Booking.com said he would send a voucher to the hotel for credit on the reservation and neither them or Holiday Inn Express issued the credit Will not stay at a Holiday Inn ever again--POOR Customer Service.

For the price, it was a great value for my expectations.
