Cons:

The room was okay, but one thing really bothered me. There is no water in the room, you have to go to reception and buy it, in our case 6 EUR extra per bottle. For a hotel, this feels unnecessary and unwelcoming, more like buying from a kiosk. I do not understand why they do not simply add a small amount per night and provide one complimentary bottle of water in the room. This detail seriously affected my overall impression, and I would likely choose another hotel next time.

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr lecker,frisches Obst,Spiegeleier,lecker Brötchen...Kaffee in allen Variationen.Das Serivicepersonal war auch sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.Minibar gut gefüllt mit lecker Sprudel.Komme gerne wieder

Preis/Leistung passt für mich nicht - Renovierungsbedürftig.
Pros:

Das Hotel muss für mein Empfinden renoviert werden. Preis / Leistung stimmt für mich hier einfach nicht. Es gibt zu viele Mängel im Hotel, für den Preis, der aufgerufen wird.

Cons:

Zu viel Mängel - Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, sehr viele Gebrauchsspuren, Brandflecken am Nachttisch, in Summe viele Gebrauchsspuren, Nagellackflecken etc.

Nicht schlecht aber verbesserungsbedürftig
Cons:

Roomservice könnte besser sein.
Keine Kaffeesahne/ -Weißer, erst auf 2-maliges nachfragen. Dann wurde der Holzstab zum umrühren nicht nachgefüllt. Kein Flaschenöffner im Zimmer 🙁also kleine Ärgernisse

Disappointing compared with many previous stays.
Cons:

The room was too hot ... air conditioning not possible to turn temp down more that 3 degrees C.
Had to open the outside window all night ... during December.
Previous stay on another floor was OK.
Hotel sent a guy but he was only from Housekeeping !
No offer to change floors. Did not get good nights sleeps ... 7 nights !
