Bequemes Bett, leckeres Frühstück, Parkplätze um das Hotel (kostenpflichtig), gute ÖPNV Anbindung

Cons:

Das sehr offene Bad lässt wirklich wenig Privatsphäre. Ein wirkliches Manko für dieses sonst sehr schöne Hotel

Super gemütliches Bett und Bettwäsche, nettes Personal und veganes Frühstück! Super Auswahl. Man fühlt sich pudelwohl.

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben keine Deko und wirken etwas lieblos. Es gibt kein Smart-TV aber das ist ok.

Great hotel, horrible beds!
Pros:

Location, breakfast, price was perfect for us.

Cons:

Beds felt like sleeping on a concrete slab. They were extremely hard and uncomfortable. We had to deal with back pain afterwards.

Kein 4Sterne Standard und zu teuer für die „Leistungen“
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage des Hotels.
Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind freundlich bis auf den Frontdesk Manager.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft hatten wir einen Mitarbeiter im Anzug (scheinbar der Frontdesk Manager), der eher nicht sehr einladend war. Zudem hat er diverse Information rund um das Hotel als auch die Preise nicht mitgeteilt. Es ist auch nur durch Zufall aufgefallen, dass er uns fürs Parken zu viel berechnet hatte und wir daraufhin mussten uns das Geld zurückholen.
Zudem hat er Fehler beim Check-In gemacht, dass ich später erneut das Check-in Formular bei einer anderen Mirarbeiterin ausfüllen musste… dabei sollte alles fertig sein und ich nur die Zimmerkarten abholen.

Zu den Stoßzeiten war jeweils nur 1 Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, was zu erheblichen Wartezeiten führte.

Die Tische für das Frühstück wurden nicht rechtzeitig abgewischt.

Das bereitgestellte Bügelbrett hatte eine fleckige Oberfläche.

Die Toilette Kurzspühlung ging gar nicht und die normale Spühlung hörte nicht auf es sei denn man hat die Kurzspühltaste betätigt.

Keine Fernbedienung für den Fernseher immZimmer vorhanden. Dies mussten wir auch erfragen.

Telefon funktionierte auf dem Zimmer nicht, da es in der falschen Buchse steckte.

Zimmerservice nicht möglich, da das Hotel keinen Servierwagen besitzt, was das essen zu zweit auf dem Zimmer unmöglich macht es sei denn einer ist bereit auf dem Boden zu essen.

Viel zu wenig Parkmöglichkeiten und die Mitarbeiter belegen selbst die Parkplätze und 3 Parkplätze sind für Sixt Autos eeserviert und belegt.
Ein Mitorrad hat einen ganzen Autoparkplatz belegt.

Sehr gut
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Zimmer war Recht groß und gut aufgeteilt. Zur Stadt wenige Minuten mit der Bahn zu erreichen.
