Leider wurde mir einen Abend vor Anreise
Das Zimmer wegen Überbuchung storniert . Für mich hatte dies finanzielle Auswirkungen Taxi Kosten im Wert von 120€ da man mich ins Melia Düsseldorf geschickt hat. Dort auch noch ein lautes Zimmer . Ich hatte im Oktober schon gebucht und finde es unerhört. Außerdem war ich mit einer Bekannten dort untergebracht… die Messe hat mich zusätzlich viel Zeit gekostet…

Cons:

The room was okay, but one thing really bothered me. There is no water in the room, you have to go to reception and buy it, in our case 6 EUR extra per bottle. For a hotel, this feels unnecessary and unwelcoming, more like buying from a kiosk. I do not understand why they do not simply add a small amount per night and provide one complimentary bottle of water in the room. This detail seriously affected my overall impression, and I would likely choose another hotel next time.
