Great option with a view
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to Taksim.

Cons:

Super Lage, nähe Taksim Platz
Pros:

Ich hatte ein Top Zimmer, bester Blick über den Bosporus gegen Osten. Somit Sonnenaufgang. Gutes Frühstück, sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Zudem habe ich mir vor der Abfahrt noch ein Silver Hamam gegönnt, da bin ich pudelwohl wieder zurück nach Hause geflogen

Location is great and super clean

Cons:

Staff are very professional, polite and friendly. The helped us for every thing. Spa was great and relaxing. Mr. Jerry, Halil, Serhan and Yelmaz were great and supportive. Also, Mr.,Gencer was sweet and awesome at the restaurant.

Отличный вариант для короткого пребывания. Комната небольшая, но просторная ванная комната, удобная постель. Ночью было тихо, хотя звукоизоляция не очень хорошая.

Clean and great location. Noisy door closings and not very accommodating staff.

Location was great and very clean.

Cons:

I did not like that every time someone closes their hotel room door we hear a huge bang. And it’s the fault of the doors because all doors were making the same sound and it would wake me up at night if someone was leaving or entering their room. And I’m not one that is overly sensitive to noises but this was just too much. I would expect a bonvoy hotel to have slower door closings to avoid such noises.

I understand that we are not entitled to late check out but I usually if the room is free hotels allow an extra hour or two for later check out. This hotel said that they were fully booked so we could not have a late check out. When we then told them okay but what if we extend by a day and pay for an extra night all of a sudden there was availability. Also quite a surprise as usually bonvoy hotels are very accommodating.
