The hotel was under renovation. We had a refurbished room but the Aircon had faulty wiring and only pumped out hot air. We were moved but had to complain twice about noisy maintenance work at 11 pm. Also the TV was faulty...

Wonderful. The staff was amazing, morning, day and night.

There was nothing didn’t like. It was under construction, but once it’s complete it will be beautiful!

Would stay again if I needed to be in the area.
Pros:

Close to my destination. Clean and had good amenities in the bathroom (body lotion, shampoo/conditioner). Centrally located and felt like a safe area.

Cons:

No one at the front desk when I arrived. I was asked to wait to check out but then the staff didn't need anything from me and other guests had simply left their room keys.
